建物自体は歴史がありますが、リノベされており綺麗な宿泊施設でした。海のオルガンからも遠くなく、夕陽を見た後でも歩いて帰りやすかったです。個人的にはラジオが置いてあったのが新鮮でした。海外に来て、その国のラジオが聞けるのは面白いです。

Excellent location. Nice room. Shower was really nice and the bed was comfy. Parking is a challenge but thats how the town is. I’d stay here again for sure!

The location on the waterfront near the old town was great. Access was through a series of doors protected by keypads and up 4 flights via a lift. The room was not large, but it did have a fridge. Although a nescafe machine was provided, it unfortunately did not function. The shower was good and the bed comfortable.

Beautiful room right in the middle of everything. The water is on the back side of the building and was a perfect spot to watch boats go by and the gorgeous sunset. No real interaction with staff there but it was easy to get in and out with codes and Kristina was very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend!

Location was convenient by the sea and walking distance to the Old Town, main square and restaurants. HOWEVER... knowing there was limited staff for check-in we made certain to arrive within the allotted time. The location was VERY difficult to find, the main entrance was locked and inaccessible, parking was challenging and when we finally got to our room MUCH later than expected, it was much smaller than expected, it was dirty, untidy and not clean at all. What made it worse was the terrible odor that we couldn't get rid of. Opening the windows did not help. I would not recommend and suggest you look elsewhere.

Really enjoyed my stay at Riva Palace and would return. A beautiful modern room tucked into a historical building right on the waterfront. Staff were super helpful especially considering I arrived earlier than expected while nobody was on site but someone was there within minutes to check me in. I was also leaving later than check out time but they were accommodating and held my bags while I explored some more. Super friendly interactions and spotless accommodations. Location really worked for me, made it easy to enjoy all the sites nearby, very close to sea organ and greeting the sun location (sunset was memorable!). Great restaurants in the area. One of my fave little parts in the space is the charming window! Not only was the view lovely but the sounds of music and singing outside in the evening was appreciated from the room! Highly recommend Riva Palace.

Excellent room with personalised service. Easy to access - met by agent who showed us all the requirements. Safe and very clean room. Allowed luggage storage as well.

Nice central place with a view of old town. We found street parking right outside the hotel. Quiet at night. Great sleep and very comfortable bed with quality bedding. Nice having coffee/maker in the room and a mini fridge.

location is great, nothing to moan about

The room is nice and at a very convenient location which was why I booked it. But the building has no lights on other floors or going through renovations. It was dark and dusty. We were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken for the night we stayed. These were high floors! No issue with the room itself.
