朝食は部屋まで持ってきてくれて、大変美味しかったです。 また泊まりたいと思います。

全般的にコストセーブが目立つ。 ホテルとは称するも、アパート形式でその点予約時に明示がない。石階段の街なので皆さんトランクを1人で何段も運んでいた。 サンロッコホテルはスカリーニという事業体が16もアパートを経営し、各アパートは4-5階建で最上階に滞在の我々は外の階段を数十段登り部屋の階段を数十段登り、年寄りには無理。 また、部屋の鍵が壊れていて、スムーズに施錠できない。直すべこ鍵なのに、特殊な操作をしないと動かない。 この街の石階段の部屋は回避すべき、ホテルの入館も番号式のキー番号を知らないと開けられず、ホテルの入り口で立ち往生の人がかなり見られた。 値段だけは5万円と一流、友人には全く勧められない。

ドブロブニクは階段がとても多い土地です。 ホテルも階段を上らないといけないので、荷物が重たいと大変です。 スタッフさんはとても良い方でした。 チェックイン前にホテル周辺で迷っていたら迎えに来てくれました。 ありがとうございました。 部屋は広く、とても快適でした。

La habitación cómoda y limpia.. solamente omiten avisar que es self check in y que para llegar hay que subir muchísimas escaleras.. el desayuno.. complicada la llegada y la salida.. así que si no viajan extremadamente ligero no lo recomiendo..

Perfect place

For the price we paid, I was disappointed with the room. The room had great AC but our safe wasn’t working, we didn’t have hand towels or washcloths, no robes or slippers. The check in office was not on site. The room had steep steps to get there so it was a struggle to carry our luggage up. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I would not be booking this hotel again due to the location with lots of steep stairs.

Amazing place to stay in the middle of old town. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Super clean and well maintained. Be prepared for stairs though.

Central location to the old town. However getting to the hotel was hard for us with suitcases due to a lot of stairs. The uber driver dropped us at a location where getting to the hotel was a nightmare for us. My recommendation is that you get dropped off right at the entrance of old town and take the first alley which has 5-6 larger steps to roll or drag your suitcases if you have them, that way you will prolly have to only take 34-35 steep steps versus for us it was harder. But overall responsive staff and clean place. Opening and closing the magnetic door was some work !

It was amazing! Right in the heart of downtown. As two women travelling it was safe to walk at night. We have high standards and they met them lol. Alen helped us with our luggage. Which was great because we would’ve fallen down the stairs. It would be difficult to find accommodations where you don’t have to haul up stairs. It has air-conditioning, which is key for summer and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The property was beautiful. We’re very happy with our stay and would recommend!

The room was dim. The lighting could be improved

Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.

Room was very clean, very minimal but had everything needed. Location was great and centrally located, however be prepared to carry your bags up several flights of stairs. Would book again

We had the city view room and it was beautiful! Very spacious and clean. Right in the heart of old town with many dining options.

Fantastic room. Very spacious with a fridge, kettle and cooking facilities/utensils. The best bit is get the room with a balcony. It’s rare in Dubrovnik and the views are simply stunning from there. 5 mins from main square and all attractions and just amazing. You need to be fit to walk around in Dubrovnik and the hotel Is up a steep slope…..but worth it

A acomodação é muito boa, bom chuveiro, cama boa, adorei os travesseiros serem baixos. Tem uma área de cozinha o que é bem interessante. A sugestão é que informem sobre o melhor caminho para acessar, sem a nescidade de descer a escadaria principal, que torna o acesso muito cansativo com relação as malas
