They didn’t give me the room that I paid for! Was disappointed! I went down to the front desk and asked if they could turn my fan on at least or my air conditioning. They said they did and they never did because it was broken, I found out the next day. It wasn’t working to begin with. The breakfast was a fiasco. It was supposed to be free (included in what I paid for) and then they gave me a bill afterwards for almost €30. After some back-and-forth, they finally took it off my room, bill. Not sure I’d go back there and stay again.

Within walkable distance to promenade and touristic area. The noise from the cars at night was a bit of a let down.

This is a small hotel with friendly, very helpful staff. Food is excellent especially the dinner on Friday and the wine list is tempting! Accommodation is spacious and delivers good facilities.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Besonders möchten wir Kata hervorheben, die unseren Aufenthalt Anfang Juni (Zimmer 212) mit ihrer Aufmerksamkeit zu einem besonderen gemacht hat. Hvala vam za gostoprimstvu!!! Vidjeti ce mo se uskoro ponovo!!!

Nydelig hotell med god komfort.

Truely I got feeling this hotel is quite an excellent accommodation about all condition including cleanness, kindness, brightneing, and especially comfortable service. I am willing to stay again here next time.

Wonderful interior & breakfast!! Kind & welcoming staffs!!

Very noisy, on a major road near a busy intersection. Substandard windows & soundproofing. Noise sure to keep light and not so light sleepers alike up at night. Hotel appears to have remodeled under a new brand, unfortunately it’s only a cosmetic upgrade. Free parking and breakfast must compel people to rate it well, but the place should first and foremost allow for good sleep.

The hotel is lovely and the people are great. The included breakfast was absolutely incredible and the patio for coffee and drinks was a wonderful place to relax.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful decor. Bed were very comfortable. The staff were amazing. Walkable to old town and nice and quiet compared to the business of old town. Easy parking. The restaurant was beautiful and great food. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff, super clean, comfy, and a 10 minute drive from the lively city center. Breakfast was good as well. I rarely give a 10/10, but this place is amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

Modern hotel with nice design, large enough rooms and bathroom, onsite parking that is close to the centre (Uber to centre costs less than 4 Euro). Special mention for the breakfast - not only a wide choice, but also wonderful presentation and clearly created with passion! A few minus points : a) we were in room 109 which is next to main road - had we planned to stay longe than 2 nights, I would ask for a room at the back. b) bed firmer that I prefer c) hotel not easy to find. It is located on a dual carriageway, so if you drive into Split then you need to drive past hotel and make a U turn. Even then, because the hotel is located behind a continuous hedge with no car access from the front, it is easy to miss the hotel name - especially at night. You will need to drive past hotel to crossroad traffic lights, turn right and after 50 m right again - from the road it looks like a supermarket back entrance. There are signs to indicate, but again easy to miss. d) please let the bar open longer for a late night coffee! We would be happy to stay again at this super hotel!
