The agent who markets this property for the lovely owner is a unreliable person! Do not book a transfer with him as he left us a party of 3 ladies stranded at the airport. I had confirmed a transfer with him via phone following it up with an email giving him our flight details. Arrived and he was a no show!!! I phoned him and he was very vague saying he had some problem. Told us to wait he would send someone to fetch us. No one came and we arranged our own taxi. I tried to call him back to let him know we found a taxi but he did not answer my call. I sent him a text to which he responded that we have arrived too late he had cancelled our booking!!! We arrived at the property which is not called Sunset Apartments or Villa Sunset (depending on which booking site you view this property at) it's called Villa IVA! The owner (which Antonio Tomas the agent) referred to as the housekeeper was unaware of our booking!!! She had no idea we were coming but was an absolute sweetheart and assisted us. During our stay we saw 3 other arrivals that he had not confirmed with the owner. A couple who arrived late at night were like us looking for Villa Sunset which does not exist!! Again the owner kindly assisted them! This agent Tony never apologised to us for leaving us stranded at the airport and putting us under a lot of stress by trying to cancel our booking at the last moment in the middle of the night!! He knew what time we were arriving!!
