Veldig sentral og fin lokasjon. Flott leilighet, med mer enn god nok plass. Veldig kjekt med hagen som har flere benker man kan bruke Litt treg kommunikasjon.

Excellent location for walking into centre. Garden was great to sit in .

Very easy check in. Received door code and the key was waiting. Communication was good. This location is so close to everything. Its nothing fancy but comfortable and nice. Shower was confusing and dont leave any food out or you'll have ants. AC works great. It was great for our 3 night stay, familt of 4 (2 adults, kids age 11 and 13)

Pros: great area. Bed in the main room was super comfortable with nice sheets. The place was very clean and equipped with anything we would need for the kitchen. Location was excellent – seven minutes walking from old town and just a few minutes from a delicious brunch place. Cohen‘s – communication was not great. I emailed question, I’ll be at not relevant, before the stay through Expedia and they didn’t answer. Also did not connect with me at all before the reservation. I was told to call half an hour before arrival and I called about 7 times before anyone picked up. When she did pick up, she was pretty Kurt, and got upset with me for not checking in earlier, even though I hadn’t gotten the link. When I called her to ask her something from the room, again, pretty blunt and not pleasant. While the place was clean, it could use some updating. We had four towels for the four of us and they were ripped and holy. There was no fitted sheet for the pullout couch and the duvet covers were not the same size as the duvet. There was AC but it didn’t really cool the apartment. So nice location and place, but very tainted by meh service and amenities that could be easily updated.

We thought this might have some of the facilities of a small hotel. Unfortunately it’s purely an apartment block. It is well maintained and clean so no complaints there. It is also located centrally. The key challenge for us was that there is no place to leave luggage. Split is a busy place in the summer. If you come of a sailing boat early in the morning or if you have a flight late in the afternoon, this place is not convenient as there is no place to leave your luggage. The other quirk is that they insist on receiving passport copies outside of the hotels.com app. They say they don’t have access to it. I found that strange.

Bra läge med både butiker och restauranger runt hörnet, endast några minuters promenad ner till hamnpromenaden Riva. Bra utrustat kök. Lugnt och tyst samt en mysig trädgård i skugga.

Loved this place!! Adorable set up and perfect location. Super clean and was great for our short stay. The outdoor area was so cute and check in was very easy. Everything functioned properly.

Das Apartment war zwar sehr schön, doch leider war es sehr hellhörig und das Bett extrem schlecht.

Ordentligt boende med hög standard och behaglig temperatur. Innegården är pedantiskt skött och är en oas i staden. Det enda minus var att det inte fanns fler än en skärbräda.

Hurtig og nem kommunikation (på fint engelsk) med udlejer. Pænt og rent. Ligger fint ift den historiske del af Split. Nemt ift parkering.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Yhteyden hotelliin sai viesteillä (whatsapp) hyvin enndn matkaa ja sen aikana. Hotels.com kuvauksessa oli luvattu päivittäinen siivous ja selvisi, ettei hotelli ole tarjonnut sellaista palvelua. Kuitenkin he lähettivät siivoojan kahdesti viikon aikana, kun asiasta viestiteltiin. Yhteyshenkilö oli ystävällinen ja hyvin avulias. Kyyti lentokentältä järjestyi heidän kauttaan (300 kunaa). Kyyti oli odottamassa kentällä, kun tulimme illalla lasten kanssa. Talon pihalla oli kiva juoda kahvi aamulla ja se oli turvallinen lapsille portin ansiosta.

All the rooms were smoking rooms and no reception and no one around on the property. We had to make phone call to owner of the Villa to open the door for us.
