We stayed in Villa Kate for 4 nights in the top floor balcony room. The host was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a shortcut to the main road on our first night. From the main road, you can walk or take a bus to either side of Dubrovnik with ease, and the buses are very frequent. The room itself was very nice, with ample storage, a good view, great bathroom facilities and effective aircon. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Tonchi, the host was a really nice person, I felt like my Daddy! He helped me on everything I need - mini supermarket in the neighborhood, bakery, bank, how to take a bus to come back etc. He was kind enough to take me to the bus terminal. シャワーが水だった。2泊したが、お湯が出たのは最初の日だけ。これだけの値段を出して、お湯なしとはふざけていると思った。 部屋を予約したとき、Sea Viewとあったが、私たちが泊った部屋からは海は見えない。共通のベランダから海は見えるので、Sea Viewだと言われたが、部屋を売る際に付けている付帯価値なので部屋から見えないのであればそう売るべきではない。この件においては詐欺にあった気分。 でも、駐車場が無料で使えたり（たまたまかもしれないが）、WIFIも速度問題なしでスムーズに使えたり、オーナーが部屋までスーツケースを運んでくれたり、良かった部分もあった。

旧市街から少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内ですし、うまくバスを使えば楽に行動できます。バス停から宿までの階段は不慣れな人にはこたえるかも知れません。宿のご主人はとても親切で、客の要望をよく聞いてくれます。付近にスーパー、レストランがあり便利。

220平米のヴィラと表示されていたので予約したら、部屋は6畳くらいしかありませんでした。 専用バスルームと書いてあったのに、部屋の中にはなく、廊下を歩いて行かなければいけませんでした。 宿主のトンチさんは親切で、チェックアウトの日、無料でバスターミナルまで車で送ってくれました。

Very comfortable beds, bathroom clean, shared kitchen was well stocked. Upon arrival host greeted us to the property and offered to take are bags up. Host was very friendly and informative. He offered a welcome refreshment for us to have on the terrace when we arrived. Location was great as it was a 5 minute bus ride to old town.

Loved staying in the classic room! The view from the balcony was beautiful, the area was quiet, and Antonio and his son, the hosts, were incredibly helpful. The only thing I didn’t like were the thin and scratchy sheets and towels (although I still slept like a baby).

Very clean, great place. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Niksa gave me locations for a lot of great restaurants and they were very accommodating of my daily plans and laundry needs. I would highly recommend!

If you using public transportation, (Hotel Lero) bus stop is only 200 meters away and only 60 steps, it is easy in town that has A lots of steps. Very easy access. Room was very clean. If we go back to Dubrovnik, we will happily stay in the same place.
