r立地はよかったのですがホテルを探すことが大変でした。 レンタカーでの旅だったので駐車場に苦労しました。

① 受付の方は、みなさん親戚でした！体調不良で、病院にいく事態になった時も家族みたいに優しくしていただきました。 ② 部屋はミニキッチンもついて、広く感じます。バスタブはなく、シャワーだけでしたが、その他◎です！清潔で可愛いお部屋です！朝ごはんは、部屋に運ばれてくるので、ゆっくり食べれます☆3泊しましたが、微妙に内容もちがってました。 ③場所も、市内中心まですぐで、観光には便利です！長距離バスターミナルまでも、トランクの押しながら歩けましたよ～☆ スプリットで宿お探しなら是非！おすすめです☆ ③

Room was good and the location was great! Easy to access and get around.

Classic European hotel stop. Glad my kids got to experience staying in a place like this. Walk down the steps and you are in town next to shops, cafes and the Marina is right around the corner.

Perfect location with lots of dining options close by. Close to waterfront. Very clean & comfortable.

Overall it was really great! Loved the kitchenette and the location. The only things I’ll mention are the size of the beds and the hot water. The beds are comfortable enough but not very wide. The hot water runs out within 5 minutes of running it but if you’re strategic you can manage like a 10 minute shower if you turn the water off when it’s not completely necessary. Otherwise very nice!

Unbeatable location. Comfortable and cool during a heat wave. Tricky stairs for an older person. Would be great if shutters opened for a small view.

Stayed 3 nights in Split. Travelling with 13 y son. Twin room. Was easy to find, we arrived by ferry from Dubrovnik. 15 min walk from ferry. Easy checking in door code provided in advance. Key left in room. We were room 5 on third floor. Was nice as had a veranda so nice to sit out on in the evening afternoon. It was easy to walk to main bits of town We got help with our bags to top floor You can leave the tourist tax in the room with the invoice on checking out. Basic kitchen suitable for our needs. Fridge, small freezer compartment. Hairdryer Kettle Basic cutlery The only thing I would comment on, maybe few additional cutlery items. A bread knife would have been helpful as we bought supplies for simple breakfast. Aircon worked well and much needed And hotwater from independent boiler in bathroom so no issues with hot water. Was also really quiet at night. Nothing to do with the property but in Split at 7am the local. Church bells ring, so no need for an alarm. I would definitely recommend, and would stay again PERFECT AS A BASE TO EXPLORE SPLIT

We loved this apartment! The communication with the host was fantastic including instructions to enter the building and a video to help. The space was so clean and bright. We loved the balcony outside the apartment with two chairs to relax and gave a drink. At night, it was so quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this place!!

Super clean, very central, and overall a very cute place. Included a patio which was nice, and the room itself was perfect. They let us check in early which was very kind after our overnight ferry. Kind people, and great place!

I travelled with my husband, and we had a great stay. The room was very clean as well with a large and spacious bathroom. The air conditioning works amazing, which came in handy for the 30+ weather. There is a sink and a small mini fridge. The check in instructions were very thorough and super easy to follow. The location can’t be beat! There are plenty of restaurants around, a little grocery store nearby and a short walk to the Split Riva. I would recommend this place!

Good communication pre visit, great location and spacious clean room. What’s not to like. Just book it.

Trevligt boende i utkanten av gamla stan i Split. Läget är toppen, incheckning funkade smidigt via whatsapp och vi hade tur och fick tidig tillgång till vårt rum - väldigt tacksamt efter tidig ankomst med färja från Italien. Mysigt rum med uteplats (delad med ett annat rum men det rummet var inte uthyrt när vi var där så vi fick den för oss själva). Inga störande ljud förutom en och annan högljudd fågel på morgonen. Väldigt nöjda med boendet.

We loved the apartment, it was very clean, fantastic location. Luca was extremely helpful & friendly. Totally recommend staying at this property.. The restaurant below & staff were lovely, food & wine was amazing & especially Michael. From the Aussie Girls Julie & Annie xx
