Geweldige accomodatie! Van alle gemakken voorzien en op loopafstand van het strand. Sukosan zelf is ook een leuk plaatsje.
De eigenaar en eigenaresse zijn super: gastvrij vol met suggesties, maar nooit opdringerig, echt top!

My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were driving down to Split for our primary stay and flew in from Scotland with the only direct flight to Croatia being Zadar. We wished we could've stayed a little longer because Villa Mirakul is a beautiful property and we would've loved some time to explore the area. We unfortunately had a delayed flight so we were going to be past the cutoff time for check-in, but the host was amazing and left instructions for us to get in. Very clean room and easy navigation to the parking area. Hope we can return one day for a longer stay!

Beautiful property with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. Convenient parking, very near the beach, near grocery shops, restaurants and bars. Sanja was a lovely host and very welcoming

Beautiful apartments within a few minutes walking distance to beach and Sukosan town. Very modern and great facilities and kept clean throughout stay. Host is lovely and will offer recommendations of day trips etc.
Only negative is that the communal pool area is not big enough for number of apartments. 6 sunbeds split across 6 apartments. If more than two apartments decide to have a pool day then there isn't enough space. Communal cooking / seating area is also closed at 10pm which wasn't ideal especially as we had family split across apartments.
Lots of mosquitoes when we visited July / August so please take mosquito spray with you.

The place was absolutely perfect. We unfortunately only stayed one night and were super sad to have to go. Make sure to have cash cause drinks from the fridge can only be payed in cash.

I would choose staying here over the many hotels and other properties I’ve stayed in around the world. The owner was amazing, guiding us around the property, even offering us use of the facilities until our late flight on check out day. I chose this property based on location and reviews and there is a reason why the ratings are so high. Thank you Sanja, we will definitely return in the near future.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Could be improved by having the TV on a pivot stand as it was hung in a place that made viewing very difficult. Also a caddy in the shower cubicle would be helpful.

Beautiful place with tasteful finishes to a high standard. Walking distance to the beach and fairly short drive to Zadar city centre.
Lovely and friendly owner, who speaks English and is very warm and welcoming.
Would definitely stay here again in future when in the area, highly recommend.

Très belle prestation: la meilleure des environs par rapport à ce que l'on a pu observer. Belle piscine et cuisine d'été où il fait bon passer du temps, prêt de vélos
Sukosan est tout à coté de ZADAR, possibilité de partir de Sukosan en bateau pour les îles.
Toutes commodités sont disponibles: ne pas hésiter.
