Great place to stay, clean and good location

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zur Altstadt war gut per Bus und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war perfekt und immer erreichbar.

Det var en ren og fin leilighet. Veldig deilig med balkong. Rolig nabolag. Deilig med terrasse, men litt kjipt at det var vepsebol rett i nærheten. I tillegg kom det en del natt på kjøkkenet hvis vi hadde mat på benken, men det var bare å pakke maten lufttett eller putte den i kjøleskapet.

Great stay, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There are enough restaurants within a 10-15 min walk and you can reach old town in a little over 20 min walking. Communication with the host was great as well.

Très propre et moderne. L’hôte était très réactif et facilement joignable. Le rapport qualité prix excellent. Plusieurs bus à 3 min à pied permettent de se rendre à la vieille ville et passent fréquemment mais ce n’est pas affiché sur google maps (il faut avoir l’application de la compagnie de bus). À noter qu’il y a une montée sur des petites ruelles pour arriver à l’appartement sans trottoir quelque fois.

Check in facilité avec les clés dans une boîte sur place Le loueur a fait l effort d avoir l appartement prêt pour 9h30, quand nous arrivions de l aéroport, au lieu de 15h en temps normal. Ce fut appréciable. Par contre propreté très moyenne, surtout dans la sdb. A 20-25min de la vieille ville

We reserved (2 months before traveling) an apartment with double bed, kitchen, terrace... as shown in the pictures. When we arrived, they gave me us a tiny attic (where we couldn’t even stand up) There was no balcony, no bedroom... just a corner with a very uncomfortable sofa (which was also the bed) They also charged to my bank account much more than what my reservation says. When I showed my bank statement to the person who checked us in, he said it’s probably because they had charged the biggest apartment of the building by mistake, and he asked me to call the managers. I called them and asked about the difference in the price, and I said that I want the apt. I had reserved, not that tiny “room” They hang up the phone several times. I insisted, then they asked me to send an email showing my bank statement. When I did so, they replied with an invoice with a fake amount (much less than what they had charged). I insisted calling asking for a full apartment, and they replied: “this is what you reserved” So I spent much more than what I expected on sleeping 3 nights on a terribly uncomfortable sofa, feeling mistreated.

Ivan assisted us with check in. Very clean and nice place. Beware of extra charges as the booking was inclusive of all charges and taxes. We were not charged but received emails from another company to request such charges.

This property is in a great location, only a 15 minute walk to the old town. It’s a good size and very clean and the balcony was great for sitting and eating.

Very clean and nice interior. Good aircondition. All facilities I needed. Even Coffee, sugar and dishes. Only that the terrace was separated from the apartment disappointed me.

Huone oli muuten hyvä, mutta lattiat olivat jäätävän kylmät. Vessaa ei saanut myöskään lämpimäksi mitenkään ja vettä piti juoksuttaa minuuttikaupalla lämmintä vettä saadakseen. Lähiseutu oli mukava ja kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Lähikauppa ja bussipysäkit myös sopivan matkan päässä.

The apartment has recently been refurbished and is comfortable to stay in for a short period however I would not recommend staying here - we arrived at the apartment, which is quite far away from the main town, to a deluxe studio and terrace with ‘city views’ and pictures of a terrace balcony. However our room was on a ground floor/ basement, with views of a concrete staircase. As there was no front desk, we rang the number made available to us to ask to change rooms and nobody answered. Facilities of the flat are good, however towels were as big as a tea towel - so if you want to go to the beach etc bring your own towels.

Nice Appartment for a Trip to Dubrovnik. 15 Minutes walk to the old town.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento 1 con terrazza dal 20 al 26 agosto. Siamo stati benissimo. La casa si trova su una piccola salita e dista 1,5km dalla citta vecchia raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in 15 minuti o con i mezzi in pochi minuti. Angolo cottura funzionale con attrezzatura adeguata. A 200 mt dall'appartamento c'e un piccolo market. Proprietari cordiali e molto disponibili per qualsiasi informazione. Spiaggia di bellevue (molto bella) a 10 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo

Siisti asunto mukavalla terassilla ja turvallisella alueella. Hyvä sijainti kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä.

The apartment was a very pleasant and comfortable room which was fresh and looked like it was newly fitted out and clean. The location was ok too, only a 20 minute stroll from the old town and attractions and had a small convenience shop around the corner. Our issue was with the hospitality and "service". To check in, we only had to email a picture of our passports to the agent for a pin code to the key box (fine, we thought, very efficient). Did so, but instead of the code we were sent a "friendly" reminder to pay a cleaning fee before entry (1 of at least 3). On reaching the property, still no code so i had to phone them to get it despite holding up our end or the bargain. The cleaning fee from previous guest still hadn't been collected which made us suspicious and in a 4 day visit we saw cleaners once for about 10 mins. We also later found a long black hair (not either of ours) in the bed which made me even more annoyed about the so called cleaning fine. All in, a nice stay in a lovely place but were peeved by constant pestering by the agent.

Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito, di nuova costruzione composto da ingresso,camera da letto,bagno,cucina e soprattutto a due passi dal centro, distante circa 10 min. a piedi. Per chi non ama camminare nei pressi c'è una fermata del bus si chiama Boninovo in cui si fermano la maggior parte delle corse. Si può prendere la linea 6 che porta a Babin Kuk....la consiglio molto bella, c'è un polo commerciale con negozi, bar, ristoranti e la famosa spiaggia di Copacabana. Il centro storico molto bello ma state attenti perchè è abbastanza caro meglio acquistare fuori dalla mura. Vi consiglio il tour in barca con pranzo a bordo, è carino e cmq visitate le isole limitrofe. Vicino c'è la spiaggia di Bellevue ed in centro Banje Beach, carina anche di sera per i festini in spiaggia.Vi consiglio assolutamente la spiaggia Svet Jakov Beach, a parte i quasi 200 scalini da fare nel complesso è stupenda. Tardo pomeriggio vi consiglio la funivia che porta al Monte Sergio e sostare li per una cena con panorama mozzafiato. Per concludere purtroppo vi vedo dire che Dubrovnik è risultata molto cara rispetto alle mie aspettative.

Det var ett härligt renoverat rum med en mysig men lite brant 20-30 minuters promenad ner till hamnen! Många väldigt goda restauranger nära hamnen och på ca 20 min gångavstånd från boendet! Uber funkar också väldigt bra och är extremt prisvärt! Våra två favoritrestauranger var en sushirestaurang (enormt prisvärd jämfört med Sverige) som heter Shisuku och en restaurang nere på andra sidan hamnen som heter Peppers Eatery som hade riktigt goda drinkar (över 150st) och fantastiskt god mat!

Exellent place to stay!

Fully equipped studio apartment with a very nice touch. Looks like it was just renovated. Very comfy
