長期間の滞在なら，おすすめします。しかし，交通手段がないのでレンタカーを借りるかタクシーでの移動になります。 部屋にＩＨがあるので，自分で料理ができます。

このホテルは、空港から市バスで約40分、料金約2ギルダー以下。最寄りバス停から徒歩5分。チェックイン後、すぐにレセプションが対応してくれたが、滞在費以外に市税が20ドルかかるとのことで知らず、ホテルズドットコムへ至急連絡し、解決。 部屋は、とても広くエアコン、キッチン付きでとても快適。キッチンは、食器、調理器具がほぼあり、IHで火力◎調味料なし。 その他、アメニティーがコーヒー、紅茶はあるが、バスアメニティーなし、シャワーがほぼ水しかでない。照明が少し暗い。プール狭いがベンチなどありゆっくり出来る。 毎日のハウスキーパーがいるがタオルが毎日交換されていない。 立地は、まーまー。歩いてセンターまで15分位。スーパーもセンターまで行けばあるが、1番品揃えがいい所は、センターの大きな橋を歩いて行かなければならない。 最後に帰り、早朝のフライトのため、ホテルのレセプションにタクシーを35ドルで手配してもらうも、当日空港へ着くとタクシーの運転手から10ドル不当な追加請求され、地元警察ともめ、最終的には、5ドル追加で問題解決した。本当最後にとても嫌な思いをした。タクシーには、気をつけた方がいいと思う。

Stayed at The Ritz Village for 7 days in their advertised Penthouse Suite. However don’t be fooled by the word Penthouse lol. The room was small very small but the view was Penthouse worthy. They are very stingy with towels and they don’t give you wash clothes so bring your own. I always travel with my own personal items. The service was great, the food just ok but it is in a prime location. If you wanted to you could walk to the mambo attractions. Great stay!

Breakfast was great, many options. My room was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly. I like that the water was drinkable and a pitcher was in the fridge that was refillable. The check in was smooth and l like that the luggage room was available upon arrival. The taxi at check out came in record time. Overall 8/10 I would come again

La habitación con buenas amenidades, muy buena atención de parte del personal de recepción y limpieza, buen aire acondicionado y la ubicación del lugar es muy buena. Solamente el agua estaba muy caliente, pero por todo lo demás, muy bien.

Overall…the stay was wonderful, the only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the water (which is Solar Powered). That is the only hiccup as we like hot showers and for most of our stay it was lukewarm. Otherwise GREAT location, easy access, air conditioned, bar and restaurant on the property, pool, fireworks, easy access to Taxis (if you decide not to rent a car), and secure. Clean rooms and having a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove top, pots, plates, and laundry were also a PLUS. Stayed in the Panoramic Presidential and it was worth every penny!

Très bon séjour, le logement était propre et correspondait aux attentes. Les 2 piscines étaient la véritable surprise du séjour

Breakfast was great, Nahidi the breakfast supervisor was excellent, the pools were great, the bubbles in the rounded small swimming pool beside the main pool does not work but yes in the small rounded swimming pool in front of the reception, the car rental Smart Wheels, gave us an amazing service. The improvement i would suggest is to make sure the front desk staff should be much more friendly i am an hotel manager in Bonaire and for sure i know how important is the front desk staff attitude,

My boyfriend and I stayed for about a week in one of the penthouse suites and, frankly, we could not have asked for a better experience. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (with kitchen supplies, not food obviously), the bed was very comfortable, the front desk agents were really great and incredibly helpful (especially the woman with the glasses), the pool was really fun and great to swim in, the breakfast (which we had prepaid for) had plenty of options that varied a bit every day and 5hat were all very good and fresh, the shower was very nice, the washing machine worked well (although you do have to bring/buy your own detergent), the balcony was super practical and had a pretty great view (except for the big red building blocking a bit of it but that was fine tbh) and everything was very clean. Overall, we loved everything and would strongly recommend this institution to anyone thinking about visiting Punda or Curacao and i would recommend a room with a kitchen as restaurants can get a bit expensive. The only tiny complaint was that we asked for no housekeeping a few times as we did not need it and that information did not seem to reach the cleaning crew as we had housekeeping come to our room every day. Also, the bar has a happy hour from 5 to 6 every day but the rules are not very clear as some drinks are half off and some aren’t but there isn’t any indication on which are which. The piña coladas are amazing there tho so i would recommend getting one! Thank you Ritz!!

The only down side is that the restaurant and bar is far from the residence/suites. Otherwise, this was a great start and I loved the location - walking distance to the Queen Emma bridge, market, museum etc

Adoramos a nossa hospedagem no The Ritz. A localização é ótima, a uma curta distância do centro. A equipe muito atenciosa e gentil. As comodidades ótimas também. Adoramos a área da piscina. Com certeza poderia receber um pouco mais de “amor” e com pequenas reformas elevaria muito o hotel, mas talvez o preço não seria mais tão atrativo kkkk. Enfim, voltaríamos sem sombra de dúvidas.

Prix très raisonnable pour penthouse. Chambrede luxes est exactement comme penthouse mais 2e étage vs penthouse 3e. Quartier moyen mais à 10-15 minutes à pieds de tout le centre

Great stay amazing rooms

The check in process was smooth. The room we got was disappointing because it didn't look like what was advertised for the type of room we chose. It had the basic amenities including a mini kitchen that we weren't expecting. It was cleaned daily. It was not a brightly lit room. We were having issues with the AC at first so they had to fix that. We also had to request a blow dryer because there wasn't any in the room and we had to borrow and return the iron each time we needed to use it. The TV that was in the room was a cable one with most channels in another language. A smart TV would've been appreciated for those moments when we wanted to relax and listen to music or watch a show on Netflix or another streaming service. Overall it was just a basic experience for the room. Their poolside bar was nice and they had a particular staff there that made the experience fun, I did not get their name. The pool was relaxing and the food was delicious. There was also another pool near our room with a jacuzzi but we only spent a little time in it due to our schedule. They had sufficient space for parking and when it was time to leave, they offered to arrange a taxi for us as well. We had the option when we arrived as well but we had forgotten to make the request. It wasn't a bad stay though

I had the most amazing time at the Ritz! Amazing location, the Penthouse was truly the best room, they have the most awesome, helpful and friendly staff and I can go on for hours. I will definitely come back!!

Great place to stay! Friendly and well organized staff that made our accommodation very comfortable. Breakfast was great as well with a diversity of options to eat.
