I like the accommodation

Excelente hotel. El personal siempre atento a todo. Limpio, ordenado. Un placer de vacaciones hemos pasado

Expected more from a 5*resort. Sun loungers had no room to move round then, drinks served in paper cups (no clearing during the day). The room door didn’t shut without slamming and there was no sound buffer between rooms. WiFi was good, hotel info required their app though and I don’t like being compelled to add unverified data/apps to my devices. Overall, we had a good break but expected a little more from a 5* resort

The bathroom in our room smelled like sewage. Maintenance were in and out every day, in the end they were just switching the taps on and off. Other than this it was lovely.

What a disappointing experience! We are a family of four -we booked a last-minute single night at 23:00 just to rest our heads - our flight was delayed to only arrive at 4AM. the front desk clerk claimed they are not seeing the reservation from hotels.com, and could not offer any resolution, despite the grave situation! I had to "beg" and offer my credit card as guarantee to accept me into a room, 40 minutes later! afterwards, due to some property policy he couldn't check us in and asked to keep our passports with him until the morning, of course we declined! how unwelcoming and inconsiderate. this is not the type of service I would expect from a property I paid 300 USD for 6 hours in a single room. the property itself was decorated and maintained, facilities were impressive, although our room was not clean enough (we found hairs on the bed sheets but couldn't care enough in our sleep-deprived state). to add another grievance, the same receptionist urged me to return as early as possible with my passports to complete the process. Imagine the situation: 4:40AM, and the receptionist is demanding I come back at 8:30 the latest with our passports. Exceptionally incompetent in my perspective. Having traveled around the world in hundreds of hotels, this was well below my expectations.

Hemos pasado unas excelentes vacaciones gracias al equipo del hotel. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, con una pileta central enorme. La atencion de los los trabajadores en el hotel fue excelente. Desde recepcion, comedor, bares y demas. La comida fue variable y de calidad durante todos los dias. Sin duda volveria al hotel. Recomiendo reservar una habitacion con salida directa a la piscina.

The room is not upto 5star standard. It's like 3 star, toilet flush not good. Phone is not working at all during our stay. The room is overpriced.room cleaning very poor. Only pool area is good and close to Nissi Beach. But the most beautiful beach is makronissos Beach. We will never come back again. Very disappointed with the price we paid for this hotel.

Unreal experience. From the staff, to the facilities, to the food everyone was of the highest caliber. The pools were another level cool and while I didn’t see other hotels really I wouldn’t be able to picture another hotel being so child friendly. Overall I give the hotel 10 out of 10.
