Perfect for families

The whole family loved it.So many activities and spaces to enjoy.Staff was nice and helpful and the atmosphere was great,the food good.Don't have anything negative fo say.Recomended for families and we plan tp come back.

Hi there, the lobby was really pretty, if only the rest of the hotel rooms were just as nice. Our AC stunk of mold and residue. It made my daughter cough so we did not use the AC. There were ants in the bathroom and the bathroom fixtures were corroded with outdated fixtures. It didn’t feel clean. The sheets were dirty too. Breakfast buffet was alittle sad. Just eggs and fried potatoe with grilled tomatoes and toast. Their croissant had no softness to it. Their dinner buffets were much better and they had a fantastic variety of tasty desert. Overal, I look forward to dinner more. The lobby was nice to lounge. Almost most of the hotel guest sat in the lobby to relax. I do not blame them because their rooms were so hedious. I would rate this property a 3 star for their lack of cleaniness. The hotel rooms felt like a motel and we paid close to $400.00 a night and it was not worth the price. I felt catdished by the beautiful lobby only to arrive to a disgusting outdated room.

Great hotel..food from the pool bar wasn't the best but great hotel

La piscine est très chouette. Il y a des animations régulières et le buffet repas est très bien. Les chambres sont par contre très mal insonorisée et il faut savoir que les suites familiales sont apparemment toutes situées du côté des pubs et il y a donc beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit…

Hôtel correct avec une belle piscine ou il faut réserver très tôt pour avoir une place. Restauration correcte Belles chambres mais literie pas très confortable. Je suis mitigée sur le personnel car au Check in , très peu d’explications. Personne ne nous a dit que les serviettes de piscine étaient au spa au sous sol, qu’il fallait avoir des cartes spéciales récupérées à l’accueil et qu’on pouvait les changer uniquement tous les 3 jours. En même temps, certains membres du personnel étaient adorables et très serviables. En synthèse, bon hôtel avec les enfants / activités multiples. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons été surclassés en suite sur une des chambres grâce a expédia

Bra hotell, har du ikke all inklusive så er prisene ok nok. Dårlig utvalgt, da de fokuserer på all inclusive buffet, men ikke alle ønsker å bare se hotellets fire vegger hele ferien. Og da er buffet ganske dyrt å kjøpe seg inn pr pers pr dag. Fult basseng området der man møter håndkle mafiaen, forferdelig at enkelte legge håndklær ut på kvelden før, eller tidlig morgen. Vi sto opp kl 7 og da var det ganske fult. Her bør hotellet bli strengere. Sure badevakter Forferdelige puter, det syntes hele familien på 4 stk. Vennlig personal, men kan ikke lage skikkelig frappé. Og når man kjøper bør man få mer en en liten pappkopp. Da vlir ikke prisen fornuftig lenger. Turistene som bor her og bard henger her ved bassenget med allinclusive taper en opplevelse. Limassol ha rmye å tilby nydeligestrender, god mat. Her var maten bra men ikke så veldig gresk/kypriotiske smaker. Kids club personalet er topp, også inkludert i oppholdet. Stort pluss. Dagen vi reiste kunne vi booke ett rom for dusj, gratis 30 min for oss 4. Fantastisk tilbud! Vaskepersonalet rakk ikke alltid over å gjøre rent eller bytte handklær. De burde får bedre tid/ flere ansatte til å utføre denne jobben stakkars. Flere dager ble rommet vårt gjort rent kl 17. Det var kjedelig å stå å vente etrer en hel dag ute. Ikke opplevd det andre plasser på reis. Vi var mye ute å fartet, så fikk ikke med oss underholdningen på hotellet på kvelden. Fint basseng, barne baseng bra nok, renhold ok, mat bra nok, men kjedelig.

Overall for a 4 star hotel we had a decent stay here, however some things were very good and others really not. The good: 1. The food was excellent. Varied spreads each meal time which changed through the week and the a la carte restaurants were great. The variety of drinks on the all inclusive list was a decent spread, albeit not that large. 2. The entertainment was overall really good. Ashlie seemed to be a whole team on her own and did darts, pool, aqua-fit, bingo and even then found time to sing in the adult bar on some evenings (she's an amazing singer too). She also did the kids disco which everyone loved (she also seemed to know the names of practically every child in the hotel too!). The (external) evening entrainment for the whole was decent and varied although one night there was a general entertainer who really was awful. 3. Quite a few local shops (supermarket, pharmacy, souvenirs etc) and very easy to hop on the bus down to the lovely marina and also some lovely beaches form the bus stop 3 minutes away. The bad: 1. The curtains. We (including children) stayed in October and were awoken from blazing light about 6:30/7 every morning. They really need to get proper blackout blinds. 2. The kids club was poor and also in a room without air conditioning (or if there wasn't turned on). Our child refused to go after the 1st day. 3. They could do with having more poolside lunchtime dining options. As a FYI in October the pool is freezing. The sea was warmer!

We celebrated my wife's birthday with kids and grandkid. The service was great and attentive to our needs. When my daughters boyfriend got sick the staff was very helpful and supportive. The food was excellent with lots of options every evening without getting bland or repetitiv. The pool area was good with many options. Can recommend it

The rooms of the Hotel need renovation.

Hotel management should require staff to observe basic hygiene habits. The woman who takes care of the coffee machines in the morning cannot wipe her nose /apparently she had a cold/ and then use the same napkins to clean around the coffee machines and cups, repeatedly. This is unacceptable.
