Nice place by the sea, good food, all was ok maybe the bedrooms need to be fix

I had a 2 night stay for my wedding

Good weather for the beach, excellent sea temperature

The only issue was the bed. It was extremely hard. Loved our stay

It was amazing stay in this hotel! Room modern, classy, sea view, spacious balcony, spa, just perfect. Kitchen was really delicious, staff very friendly. Definitely recomended. Price in main season must be really higher

No air-conditioning in room, as a hotel winter policy, regardless of temperature. WiFi doesn't work in rooms In room Safe didn't work Breakfast buffet is very disappointing

Clean enough

The staff were excellent. Efficient, polite and friendly. The location was fantastic and the indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. In fact the Spa had everything; a well equipped gym, a sauna and steam room and an indoor heated swimming pool. The massages were excellent. You couldn’t ask for more. A great place to have a relaxing holiday.

The whole customer service experience was sevond to none. Nothing was trouble for the staff, who always friendly, helpful and courteous. A special mention for Valentin, Mahammad, Vipay and Sital who became our friends more than staff members. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at Constantinos the Great and will be returning soon. Thank you.

Arrived to a warm welcome and room already. We were here for ny daughters wedding. Excellent service, friendly staff a lovely stay.

The rooms are nice and spacious, we had a lovely view of the sea. We all enjoyed the holiday. The staff however were a little bit rude on occasion, we heard staff being shouted out in the buffet dining hall and also the poor cleaner outside our room. The food was ok, not bad and not great. The sun beds are very run down with broken parasols. the hotel needs redecorating and looks a bit shabby in areas. No mini bar, no in room dining menu, internet has a poor connection, they also didn’t provide fresh bathroom towels unless you asked. The lifts also took ages and there were only 2 for the whole hotel which is very big with around 500 rooms. Not really service and facilities you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. I would comment on the entertainment being good and the bar staff being very friendly. The location is great being on the beach and it’s a very short walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back to the area but not this hotel unfortunately unless something changes.

Super fed oplevelse. Hotellet ligger lige ud til stranden og der er masser af liggestole. Dog er en del af liggestolene defekte. Stor dejlig pool. Morgenmaden var fantastisk og stort udvalg. aftensmaden var ikke så god og det kørte i samme retter hver dag og det var et kedeligt og tørt valg. Børnesengen på værelset ligner en fra før krigen og er ikke behagelig at ligge på. Min datter på 13 fik ibdt i ryggen af at ligge i den seng. Personalet var venlig og imødekommende og så var der et par stykker ved baren ved stranden/pool der så sur ud hele tiden Det virkede ikke som om de gad være på arbejde. Værelset blev gjort rent hver dag og det var dejligt pænt og rent. En lille ting - der var ikke altid styr på rene håndklæder, men efter henvendelse i receptionen så blev der leveret rene håndklæder efter et par timer. Lige netop håndklæder havde vi udfordringer med 3-4 gange. Animationsteamet var gode, eller manden der stod for det meste var sjov og underholdende. Pigen som tog over en gang i mellem var meget neutral og kunne ikke rigtig smille. Alt i alt en god oplevelse og mega fed belligenhed meget meget tæt på stranden.

Pool, beach area was clean. Pool toilet was clean. Could be much better food choices, and definitely more seafood choice. Simple spaghetti was missing. One lad at pool bar staff totally ignored customers from different countries. Really enjoyed and preferred to serve only locals.

Great hotel, location and price. Good choice of services and things to do. The only part that let down the hotel was the selection of the food and service taking dirty plates away during meal times. Other than that really enjoyable time with family and friends and will visit again!

Not 5* Hotel. Food needs improvement. Staff rude and not interested in helping.

Not a five star hotel. Condition of bathroom was appalling. Cleaners were not that bothered. Sheets should have been changed every three days but only changed on request by day 5. Would not stay here again poor value for money.
