Firstly... well done to the lady cleaning our floor. Attentive helpful and friendly and clean. Air con did not work in our room all holiday. The hairdryer did not work either. .. and for that matter the spa massaging jets were not working either. Entertainment was pretty zero. There seemed to be no evening ents. There was a different wedding in the hotel everyday.... i hope that was not at the expense of any non existent entertainments. I did water aerobics in the indoor pool. They didn't even turn off the ambient spa music.... just placed an underpowered bluetooth speaker on floor in front of her which could just about hear over the other music but of course 2 records at the same time isn't very nice. She did half n hour gentle stretches. Shame because everything else was ace.... Location on best beach, Breakfast, poolbar cocktails.Bed was a little soft for me but didn't give me bad back to be fair and TV was good. Bathroom also good and modern. Bars and eateries around were not great. we had a lot more fun in Protaras strip and eating in village restaurants

Nice hotel with good facilities and a convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with child-friendly activities, which made it a good choice for families. Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members seemed a little off-hand, although one receptionist genuinely tried to be helpful. One thing worth mentioning is the airport transfer pricing. The hotel and Bolt quoted €55–65, but I found an airport shuttle service for €13 that dropped me very close to the hotel entrance with only a short walk required. Overall, a comfortable stay with good nearby amenities, but service could be more consistent.

With its stunning views of the bay, lush gardens leading right down to the beach, and plenty of spots to relax, there’s really no reason to go anywhere else.

Very terrible ‘sea view’ we booked. Pictures here on hotels looked very different. Also the toilet didn’t look as the picture, we got a small one compared to what was shown.

Room was great overlooking the garden and ocean. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and our clothes blew off the drying rail never to be seen again as there is a gap between the wall and balcony screen. A/C did not go under 22 degrees Celsius which meant we were hot at night. Cleaners were excellent, pool towels supplied however l could not use the pool as ladder entry/exit only. They need steps and a railing. Beach access was great however had to pay for umbrellas and sunbed. Shower supplied and foot rinser. Hotel shop very expensive, walk down the street for cheaper clothing, souvenirs and restaurants. Free parking which was great and it felt safe to leave the car and walk around at night. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall we loved our stay but had i been able to use the pool, it would have been better.

I like but not what show in information, beach resort ,we was fall away from beach,I thinks Blue Nissi Beach resort more closer.

Beautiful resort, clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. Only problem was the green seaweed washing up at the beach.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, Ruhe, keine Hektik. Das im Vergleich mit den langjährigen Erfahrungen etwas trübe Wasser in der Bucht (feine Pflanzenreste / Algen) vermittelte - vor allem für erstmalige Gäste - ein falsches Bild, dauerte dieser Zustand doch für uns "nur" eine gute Woche. - Dies war aber für viele prägende eine prägende Erfahrung - schade!

Wir waren für 1 Woche in diesem Hotel und es hat uns rundherum gefallen. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und und hilfsbereit. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, waren wir flexibel und haben immer außerhalb gegessen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt, jedeglich die Algen am Anfang im Meer fanden wir nicht so prickelnd, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür und es wird hart daran gearbeitet, dass sich die Algen nicht mehr ausbreiten. Wenn man weiter ins Wasser hineingeht, ist es wieder türkis.
