Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Kennzeichnung der Speisen hinsichtlich des Alkoholgehalts unklar und teilweise irreführend ist. Zahlreiche Gerichte am Buffet sowie an der Snack- und Poolbar sind mit der Zahl 14 als alkoholhaltig gekennzeichnet – darunter auch Speisen, die üblicherweise von Kindern verzehrt werden, wie etwa Kuchen oder Nudeln mit Tomatensauce. Diese Kennzeichnung ist weder eindeutig erklärt noch optisch deutlich erkennbar. An der Poolbar war laut Beschilderung lediglich ein Gericht (Pommes) als alkoholfrei ausgewiesen. Das ist in dieser Form für Familien und schwangere Gäste unzumutbar. Auch am Mittags- und Abendbuffet scheint die Auswahl an alkoholfreien Speisen laut Beschriftung äußerst eingeschränkt zu sein. Auf Nachfrage beim Küchenchef wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass viele Schilder veraltet seien und nicht mehr den tatsächlichen Inhaltsangaben entsprechen. Er versicherte beispielsweise, dass die Tomatensauce keinen Alkohol enthalte, obwohl sie entsprechend gekennzeichnet war. Am darauffolgenden Tag erhielten wir von einem anderen Koch jedoch gegenteilige Auskünfte. Diese widersprüchlichen Informationen über mehrere Tage hinweg haben bei uns zu erheblicher Verunsicherung geführt. Da in unserer Reisegruppe sowohl ein Kind als auch eine schwangere Person sind, machen wir uns ernsthafte Sorgen um deren Gesundheit und Sicherheit. Aus diesem Grund war es uns bislang nicht möglich, das gastronomische Angebot Ihres Hauses bedenkenlos zu nutzen.

Siisti ja moderni hotelli, hyvät pehmeät sängyt, viihtyisä allasalue. Monipuolinen all inclusive tarjonta. Kolmena iltana viikossa oli iltaohjelmaa. Sijainti mitä mainioin: ranta ja ostoskadut ihan vieressä. Paras kohta rannasta on tosin toisessa päässä poukamaa.. siellä valkoinen hiekka ja turkoosi meri. Hotellin edustalla kivikkoisempaa. Kannattaa siis kävellä hieman rantaa pitkin.

Very expensive considering the standard of hotel.

The staff were very friendly and did their jobs to a high standard. Very clean. Sleep overall was good but neighbouring rooms having the aircon on all night caused a little discomfort.

It was a pleasant stay with my kids, recommemded and would come again

Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο αλλά τα δωμάτια του καθόλου άνετα. Είχα κράτηση για superior δωμάτιο με θέα θάλασσα και μου έδωσαν δωμάτιο με θεα τον δρόμο και πολύ μικρότερο από αυτο που είχα κρατήσει. Το δε μπάνιο πολύ στενοχωρο. Καμμία σχέση με ότι έβλεπα στις φωτό της κράτησης

Great reception area specially Ms. Angelina and bar crews are very friendly. Food is very bad quality, a lot of pork food with no consideration for Moslem customers. Water bottles should be provided in the guest room on daily basis.

The cleaning in the room on our stays was very bad they change just towel the hotel looks nice and good position but they dont alowed to make checking in early at all also i was with 2 small children the beach it very close but it foll of stone on side and another dirty the beautiful beach it is in konnos amazing beach. They doesn't offer us any shampoos or shower gel the breakfast very good and each morning add something elese they have 10/10 for breakfast .bus staition very close 4 minute to walk. The room to small for 2 children and 2 parents

The hotel is just amazing! Beautiful! We had a large, comfortable suite. With sea views. Excellent service from start from reception. Atattentive staff in the restaurant and bar. Tasty food. Special thanks for the excellent work and organization to the hotel director Mikhailis. It was a wonderful time.

It was good, and the area was lovely!

Hotellet var så fint, baren och poolområdet var toppklass. MEN det som kunde varit bättre var maten, inte så stort utbud. Ett stort minus var att de placerat små papperskorgar på borden, örk! Hissarna på hotellet var långsamma, trånga och kändes som de skulle gå sönder. Rummen var fräscha, bra städat MEN ingen påfyllning av vatten eller kaffe varje dag! Poolområdet var superfint och mysigt men alla paxade solstolar kl 7 på morgonen. Alldeles för få solstolar för så många boende! Bra läge på hotellet, nära till supermarket, stranden och hamnen.

Ingen hyggebelysning på værelset, F.eks en sengelampe, ikke særlig grundig rengøring. God beliggenhed. Ikke særlig hyggelig bar og restaurant miljø. Meget dårlig akustik i restaurant, som at sidde i et cafeteria. Maden jævn kedelig men blev da mæt til hvert måltid. Gode drinks valgmuligheder ved all incl. Meget trafikstøj

The hotel is really good and staff very helpful. Good breakfast included in price. Very close to the beach and port. Supermarket just opposite the hotel.

I was to this hotel for 4 nights during August, 2 adults 2 kids we paid one of the highest rates we ever did (270 Euros = 300$ per night for one room, half board)

we booked 3 months in advance 2 rooms requested adjoining when we arrived they put my children on the 1st floor and us on the 3rd floor. teenagers revellers running through corridors all night no security to control. we put our children in the end with us . outdated stale rooms poor service picture in hotels.com invisible when at hotel.i would give this hotel a 1 star now way a 3 star.
