Loved my stay. Hotel was amazing with brilliantly helpful staff. Accommodation was as advertised so immediately we could enjoy the holiday. We chose half board. Breakfast was a feast with so many options. Nothing too difficult. So many choices of restaurants included in the dinner options. Safe main road with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and bars. At back of the hotel was a promenade with amazing sea views and an alternative if you want to avoid the main road. Hotel loungers are assigned for the duration of stay so no arguing over loungers.

Staff v nice. WIfi v good. The bathroom could have done with an extractor fan.

Great place

I had an enjoyable stay and was upgraded to a swim up room, which I was happy about. I wouldn’t say there is much to do except for sunbathing in the facility as I didn’t see much of a night life or activities in the day here. Was a very clean place and everyone is polite but I would say that nobody stuck out to me as going above and beyond, I would say they answer the question and that’s it. No further conversation. If you’re looking for a clean hotel with lovely food and sunbathing facilities I would say this is a good option. Wouldn’t waste my time with the spa section as it is so small and nothing much to it. I would stay here again as it does the job and they are really professional. If I wanted activities within I would choose another.

Beautiful pool area with great pool side service. Sunbeds are reserved for your stay and staff being around small touches like free fruit and cold towels. The beach is stunning with crystal clear water. Cleaning staff are excellent and offer a turn down service of the bed at night. Overall excellent stay.

Bästa hotellet i Protaras

Despite the (limited) sea view, our suite and external seating area had no direct sun which was disappointing. The spa was disappointing with the Thalasso journey given a quick overview and then left on our own. One of the treatments taken was not really as described. Food at the buffet was fine at breakfast time, but in the evening was a bit of a scrum with food often lukewarm and reheated after pre-cooking. Check-in was quick and simple but basic, with no welcome after a long journey.

Even though some old staff is still Around the new staff does not meet the enthusiastic, energetic staff that was once there. Rooms are not as thoroughly cleaned as before (we’ve been coming since the hotel first opened) and service has gone down

Sunrise Pearl is a go to hotel if you want comfort and nice service. Having stayed locally quite a few times over the past couple of years between villas and Sunrise Pearl we have been choosing Sunrise Pearl lately. The complex is always well maintained, staff are respectful and friendly and just overall you can’t go wrong with the hotel.

Wir waren in der Nachsaison in der ersten November Woche dort (sehr empfehlenswert). Das Hotel hat im Poolbereich klar getrennte Pools für Kinder und Erwachsene. Zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer Richtung Meerseite, da sich im Bereich der Straßenanbindung oberhalb des Hotels viele Bars und Clubs befinden, die sich gegenseitig mit lauter Musik Konkurrenz machen (wurde ab 01.11. deutlich ruhiger, da dann viele der Clubs schliessen). Der Ort ist eine Party-Hochburg, muss man wissen und mögen. Wir hatten ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer zu erwähnter Meerseite. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Service sehr aufmerksam und immer zu einem Gespräch bereit. Die Weinempfehlungen der Chef-Kellnerin immer treffend und die Küche (Buffet) gut. Es besteht die Möglichkeit in einem der verbundenen Hotels der Gruppe (alle fussläufig wenige Meter entfernt) zu Essen. Wir hatten dies an zwei Abenden genutzt. Das "Griechische" Lokal hat leider wenig Charme und auch das Essen war nicht besonders. Das Hotel ist aber in jedem Fall empfehlenswert.
