Staff were excellent.

Frühstück ist für den Preis sehr gut und ausreichend, auch viele Früchte. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, relativ gut renoviert. Die lage ist mitten in der touristischen Meile von Limassol, trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig. Strand ist nur 100 m weit weg, die Autobahn um aus Limassol rauszufahren nur 7-8 min Fahrt weg. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Die Buslinie 30, welche die gesamte Küste Limassols abfährt, fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Kann man nur empfehlen!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel as I felt very taken care off and the location was perfect for a solo traveler. The room had everything I needed and was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Services within the hotel seem complete though I did not try having lunch or dinner there, the menu seemed good. The hotel has a lovely outdoor area with the pool and all, which is great if you have to wait before check-in or need to hang-around after check-out. Breakfast was great, both in terms of quality and variety and the staff was always there will a smile and a friendly comment. Reception was also extremely welcoming and all are extremely customer satisfaction focused. A big well done to all the staff members. I had rented a car and the internal parking is an extra in the area. The location is in the middle of a street full or restaurants and 5min walking distance from a serviced beach. I strongly recommend this hotel and will go back.

Odalarda yeterince hijyen kurallarına uyulduğunu sanmıyorum. Banyoda duş perdesi kullanılmaktaydı. Banyodaki lavabo eski usul ve herhangi bir eşyanızı (diş macunu/fırçası) koyacak yer yoktu. Yataklar rahat değildi. Konum olarak merkeze 15-20 dakika uzaklıktaydı. Çalışanlar sıcak kanlı ve ilgiliydi.

Séjour en famille dans la suite. Très grand espace pouvant accueillir 4/5 personnes comparé à d’autres hôtels. Personnels de l’hôtel très sympathique Bon petit déjeuner Bar piscine toute la journée et soirée Très bon séjour mais l’équipement mériterai d’être rénové entièrement plutôt qu’à moitié mais bon état malgré tout Bon rapport qualité prix

PROS: great location, friendly staff, nice pool bar. Pets friendly (+30eu a night) CONS: leaking AC in the bedroom, AC in a sitting room turning off after 10-20 min. Someone's hairs in the bathroom. Overpriced, but the only option around available to stay with a dog.

Absolutely loved staying here, great room. Excellent staff, excellent facilities the food is great. Will definitely be back next year.

Cost effective stay. Corridor smell can be better but overall the hotel is clean and can be a good solution for short stay.

Lovely staff, clean hotel and good location Gym is not free and that should have been clearer on website. There is a charge. There are also cats roaming around breakfast area which isn’t comfortable when eating

Está cerca a todo y las habitaciones son super amplias. Hubo un inconveniente con mi habitación inicial y muy amablemente Nicoletta me ayudó a cambiarme a una nueva y mejor. El servicio al cliente es impecable. Desayuno variado y abundante. Sábanas y toallas en buen estado.

The service of the staff was amazing. Everyone was nice to us and helped us with whatever problems we had. Our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was very good also. 5/5 stars.

Très décevant malgré un accueil charmant à la réception et au petit déjeuner. Nous avions choisi un hôtel avec piscine : le problème est que le bassin est vide, pas d'eau et d'ailleurs les chaises longues sont inaccessibles. Chambre très mal insonorisée (la baie vitrée ne ferme plus), nous avons très peu dormi en raison d'une fête très très bruyante en face et le bruit des voitures et motos. Enfin des moisissures noires aux joints de la baignoire.... Sinon le parking est très pratique et le petit déjeuner très bien pris sur la terrasse.

Vi bodde en uke på TSANotel i Limassol sammen med hunden vår Nova, og vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde! Fra første stund følte vi oss utrolig velkomne, og det var tydelig at hotellet ikke bare aksepterer hunder, men virkelig setter pris på dem. Nova fikk så mye oppmerksomhet og kos fra personalet at hun nærmest følte seg som en VIP-gjest! Personalet var helt fantastisk – alltid smilende, hjelpsomme og oppriktig interesserte i at vi skulle ha et godt opphold. Vi kunne nevnt flere av de ansatte, men spesielt John, Stavros og Jota gjorde en ekstra innsats for at vi skulle trives. De var vennlige, serviceinnstilte og sørget for at både vi og Nova følte oss hjemme. I tillegg var hotellet utrolig rent, og det luktet alltid friskt og godt – noe som gjorde oppholdet enda mer behagelig. Man merker virkelig at de legger stor vekt på renslighet og trivsel. Hotellets beliggenhet er også super – nært alt man trenger, med restauranter, kafeer og butikker i kort gangavstand. Det gjorde det veldig enkelt å utforske Limassol uten stress. TSANotel er et sted vi absolutt skal tilbake til, og vi anbefaler det varmt, Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold!

One of the most comfortable Hotels I've stayed in. Very calm with extremely pleasant staff.I never got to use the amenities but I think it would of added to my comfort level.
