このホテルは普通の民家に囲まれているので、最初は分からなかったのですが、聖ラザロ教会や海岸の繁華街につながるラルナカ城まで徒歩数分で行くことができます。 海岸の繁華街には、多くのレストランやファストフード店があります。また、観光用のバスや空港行のバスなど、主要な場所への移動も便利です。

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist grundsätzlich gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke, man ist aber dennoch schnell mitten drin im Geschehen. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, ist aber schon ein wenig abgenutzt. Was allerdings gar nicht ging, war der Gestank im Bad. Irgendein Abfluss hat einen modrigen Geruch im gesamten Bad verteilt, der leider bei offener Tür auch ins Zimmer zog. Für zwei Nächte dennoch insgesamt in Ordnung. Das nächste Mal würde ich mich dennoch eher woanders umschauen.

It was a Studio. In other words, no balcony but just a view of the neighborhood rooftops. I am grateful though that the room was spacious, clean, modern and very confortable. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Bus stop to Limassol (5€) is at 7 mn walk and bus terminal to the airport (2.40 €) at 12 mn walk. Ramzi, co-owner, was very kind.

Very bright sunshine in the morning. Close to the ocean front and beach. It was interesting that we really didn't have much contact with anyone from the facility/office. Instructions came from internet--no need for personal interaction. Except that we needed to talk w someone for some issues and noone was available.

Great hotel with fantastic location near the airport. Message on whatsapp beforehand to get check in details. We got a spacious room for us and our baby and were really happy. When you walk out the door in the morning, the sea is right there and you can almost jump right in. Amazing bakery StoArtos is a short walk away as well

Not really for us. The bed was extremely hard, the towels were old and had holes in them, the shower tray was in a poor state. On the positive side, a good location, quiet, and very clean. If you’re after a budget room and get it for a good price then it’s absolutely worth it.

Nice location close to beach area and promenade

Super schönes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer, in bester Lage direkt in der Stadt.

Room (101) was basic but spacious and clean. Shower gel dispenser was empty but rain shower was lovely. No balcony to this room. Large comfy bed. No manned reception but clear directions to obtain the key from the key safe. Parking is limited and on a tight lane so park at your own risk. Great location, just a few minute walk to Finkoudes beach and a vast array of bars and restaurants. We were only here for a night stop due to an early flight out of Larnaca and would definitely stay here again.

Μειναμε μονο 1 βραδυ, φτασαμε μεσανυχτα, εξυπηρετηθηκαμε γρηγορα!Πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο, ευχαριστούμε πολυ! Δυο λεπτα απο τη παραλια! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλαχτα!

The room, bed and room facilities were good, unfortunately the air-conditioning was not up to standard. One major hassle was that there were no parking places available, so you had to park down the narrow streets. The check in process needs to be refined as there is nobody at the reception desk.

Quiet, n'est the sea and restaurants. Nice place to stay

Great value for money. Room was large with a big balcony. Clean and check in was easy, walking distance to the beach as well as bars/restaurants

I very much enjoyed the property. The little issues that I had were some good dirt areas, the vanity in the bathroom was falling apart. There was dirt in the tracks of the window doors like it’s just being ignored for months.
