センターから少し離れている為ホテルの周りが落ち着いた感じで良かった。

中心地までは地下鉄とトラムを乗継ます。トラムの駅からは近いですが周辺は住宅地なので暗いです。また入口もインタホーンを押さないと入れないので分かりづらいです。建物内部も廊下などは人が通らないと灯りが点かず薄暗いです。部屋も古いです。レセプションも愛想が悪い人もいました。３泊しましたが３泊目はタオルが交換されておらずルームサービスは行われていませんでした。立地もよくなく、サービスも悪く、建物や部屋も古い、いいところが全くなかったです。料金はかなり割高に感じました。このホテルの印象が少なからず私のプラハのイメージにマイナスの影響を与えたの確かです。

中央駅からのアクセスは、地下鉄・トラム乗り継ぐので良くないのですが、そのトラムが中心地を通っているので、うまく活用すればアクセスは決して悪くはないです。ホテルはかなり古い建物のようでした。夜はちょっと怖いと感じる人もいるかも。部屋ではパスワードが違うのか、ネットが全くつながらなかったです。チェックイン時にいたアジア系の女性の対応は非常に良かったです。

Le personnel était sympathique et le petit-déjeuner était bon. J'ai eu un gros problème avec ma chambre. La porte fermait mal et je n'ai pas pu dormir correctement à cause des gens qui parlaient fort et qui écoutaient de la musique très tôt le matin. Il m'est arrivé de devoir me lever et d'aller parler à la réception à cause du bruit. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre à deux reprises, mais ce n'était pas possible. Il semblait que ma chambre était la seule à avoir une porte défectueuse qui fermait mal. Il semblait aussi qu'elle était en cours de rénovation.

It was very cheap and for that small price we even got breakfast. The bed was clean, towels and bathroom was alright.

At the moment I book, it was the best price in Prague and near and still very good rooms, polite and willing persionell, interesting old building (one of the lifts is attraction by itself), very good brekfest for this price. The only area of improvement - brekfest is served a bit late - 7:30 earliest...Not only me but more guests waited it impatiently :)... If they serve it at least at 7:00 it be ideal...How again - breakfest itself was super for this prices

Extreem scam felse advertisment offers amenities that they dont have and extremly verbaly abusive manager i would not recomend this hotel it have made our trip to prague a night mare

The only good thing with this hotel was that it was fairly cheap and sustainable. Why was it sustainable? Well because they saved a lot of money in saving decor from the 1800s, not washing sheets nor towels between our three day stay, not vacuuming nor cleaning and in the Prague heat of 35° the airconditioner did not work. Easy to take the tram to the city, no good restauraunts near the hotel. The staff didn't meet expectations of a three star hotel. Not welcoming nor service minded. The room smelled old and moist. No soap in the bathroom and it didn't get refilled even when we asked for it. We asked for new sheets and towels and when we returned we found the room just as we had left it. The breakfast was a wannabe-nice hotel breakfast. Some sausage, beans (these were not heated at all when we arrived at the breakfast opening), rice, white bread, yoghurt in small packets, mortadella, cheese, watermelon and orange. Tasteless, dry and not worth the price of 9€. The room in which the breakfast was served was dimly lit and uncomfortable. The dining area even more so, with old rugs covering chairs, holes in the walls and non-matching furniture.

The staff was pretty friendly. The hotel seem be in rough shape. Could probably use an renovation. There was a small bar room. A bit of shame that the bar wasn't in use. The was described a pool in the description. However the staff told us that it was out of order. I got the feeling that it had been out of order for a long time.... The mount for the shower head was not ideal. I had to take the show head down in order to get the soap out of my hair. The room was without an air-conditioning. Makes it a bit hot to sleep when the temperature was at 32 degrees. The tv was a bit small for the room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The plates and glasses didnt look clean. The bread was dry. In general a lot of the food seemed a bit too cheap.

Difficoltà di parcheggiare la moto,tutto a pagamento,ma Praga è così dappertutto.Le stanze erano nuove,per il prezzo va benissimo,colazione a buffet inclusa,abbondante.

The accommodation was the worst one I have ever had. Those pictures in advertisement (in your website) are clearly a scam. - I got the room in floor 5. Due to unsafe elevator, We used stairs instead. - The room has a shared wc and bathroom - The room cleanness was quite awful - I couldn't sleep due to lots of noise, during the night. (Doors rattle, sound of scream/shout) Unfortunately I didnt take any photo, I just left the room early morning....

Tout était sale: draps, matelas, serviettes, murs, plancher, tapis dans les escaliers et corridors. Il n'y avait pas de papier de toilette, ni tapis de bain. Personne à la reception pour nous aider. C'est une femme de chambre qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Notre chambre était au 5e étage mais l'ascenseur "de service" se rendait jusqu'au 4e. Nous avons dû nous reloger à nos frais, aucune possibilité d'obtenir un dédommagement. J'ai dû negocier pour obtenir une facture imprimée. Ils ont refusé d'écrire les raisons de notre départ hâtif, ne se sont pas excusé, ne nous ont pas proposé une autre chambre. La directrice n'est jamais venue nous rencontrer ou constater l'état de la chambre. C'est le pire établissement que j'ai vu. Aucun respect pour les voyageurs. Les chambres ne ressemblent en rien aux photos, aucune piscine ni spa comme écrit dans leur description. Nous nous sommes relogés dans un super quartier dans un hotel impeccable pour la moitié du prix!!!! Expedia ne devrait pas faire la promotion d'établissement de ce genre.

It wasn't terrible. But i couldn't shower properly because the thingy where you are supposed to put the shower was pointing on the wrong direction so i had to be resourceful. The breakfast is certainly not worth it, use de 7 euro to do it somewhere else. But for the price it was ok.

Hotel ansich sehr schön, Personal freundlich. Leider war es ziemlich laut, Kinder haben extrem laut herum geschrien, auch die Erwachsenen waren sehr laut, die Wände sind sehr dünn, man konnte sogar die Toiletten Spülung im Nebenzimmer hören. Weiters steht Check Out um 11:00 Uhr auf Expedia und wir mussten 1 Stunde früher auschecken, nicht okay. Der Aufzug funktionierte am 2ten Tag auch nicht, und der Fernsehr leider auch nicht.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel uniquement pour la prestation SPA comme cadeau d'anniversaire à ma chérie. A notre arrivée, le réceptionniste nous informe que cela fait des années qu'il n'y a plus de SPA. Je souhaite annuler au moins la 2e nuit, mais refus catégorique. Nous découvrons la chambre : très basique avec des lits sans sommier (juste une plaque de bois) les matelas souillés et déchirés, ainsi que les draps. J'exige de nouveaux draps (ces derniers tout autant douteux !) Déduction : un week-end gâché, un mal de dos terrible et beaucoup de temps perdu en transport car l'hôtel est tout de même à 5 km du centre ville.

Extremely noisy, dirty and unpleasant hotel with torn pillowcases and curtains. We have payed 270€ for two nights, I couldn’t believe my eyes too see the real,price - 23€ per,night. How can it be? I would never recommend this place.
