Bra och fint hotell, mycket tysta rum och bra läge nära det mesta.

We arrived around 8pm on a Thursday evening and the Reception was closed and the doors were locked. We couldn't enter the building so we called the number on the email but there was no answer after repetitive calls. Luckily we had friends who had already booked these apartments so called them and they had to leave their dinner to come and let us into the building. Once inside there was a different number to call on a door to the one we had on the email. This was answered promptly and a code was given to retrieve a key from a lock outside. Once inside the room was great, extremely spacious and good selection in the minibar. I would be tempted to stay here again but would get in contact with apartments before we arrive.

This place DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!!!! Yet it is advertised as such. It was very hot in Prague and the only reason I paid extra for this property was the supposed AC. When I asked about it, they pretended that they had no clue about it, yet it was obvious there was no AC. Also, drunken people yelling in the hallway at wee hours of night is something you can expect at this property. While location is not so bad, there are way better properties around for less, also w/o AC.

Awful experience at this hotel. First of all they asked for payment card details in case we used anything from the minibar - we did not intend to take anything so were happy to do this. Next thing we knew they took 350 euros off our card, apparently to cover payment for the booking as they could not locate the original payment made through hotels.com at time of booking 3 months prior. We were not asked for permission for this and when we complained about it, the horribly rude Asian lady on reception laughed in our faces and told us she could not help. We then had to spend hours on the phone with hotels.com and with the hotel to finally have this money refunded (with zero apology from the hotel staff whatsoever). ANOTHER 150 euros was then taken from our card as "deposit" - again no permission given. We insisted that they check our room while we were checking out and they confirmed we were eligible to have our deposit refunded however they apparently could not do it that day.... We were assured this would be refunded within 3 days of us returning home but since returning home they have blocked all of our numbers and will not return calls or emails. We have now been home for 10 days and looks like we have lost 150 euros to these scammers. The hotel is not badly located but the staff are the worst staff we have ever encountered and make you feel highly uncomfortable and unwelcome. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Très beau coin ayant accès à tout assez rapidement et facilement. Il manquait un peu de vaisselle ex : il y avait 4 fourchettes pour 5 personnes, pas de passoire ni économe La ville est à voir

Man kann nicht schlafen, da viele Gäste(Männer) zum Feiern angereist sind. Lärmpegel unerträglich zw. 22:00 und 2Uhr, ab 04:30 geht’s dann weiter mit Feiern. Der Unterkunft ist eigentlich schön, gute Lage, aber nichts für Familien mit Kindern!

1 woord appartement is top! Alleen geen airco voor diegene die er waarde aan hecht..

It was centrally located easy access to transit, restaurants and shops. Close to the river. Apartment is spacious and comfortable good spot, for sightseeing.

Ottima struttura...all’arrivo ci hanno ripresentato il conto affermando che il pagamento Expedia non era andato a buon fine ...prontamente ho contattato il servizio Expedia che in maniera eccellente mi hanno risolto il problema....comunque non riesco a capire perché rivolevano i soldi...a voi i commenti....

Hier Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht, auf Buchungsbestätigung explizit Apartment 14 ausgeschrieben, dort angekommen: Apartment 15 bekommen... auch nach zweimaliger Nachfrage wollte man uns weiß machen, dass beide Zimmer identisch sei. Obwohl hier extra aufgezählt, dass Apartment 14 ein Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer ist und Apartment 15 ein Classic Zimmer mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Nicht kundenfreundlich und lügt uns eiskalt an... stattdessen musste ein Familienmitglied in der Küche schlafen, weil da stand das zusätzliche Bett...

Apartament położony w super okolicy, położony 250 m od stacji metra. Do Centrum 1,8 km spacerkiem nad Weltawą. Świetny kontakt z obsługą, która zawsze służy pomocą. Czysto, przestronnie. Zdjęcia na stronie hotels. com zgodne z tym co zastalismy na miejscu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Będę polecać to miejsce znajomym.

전반적으로 숙소도 괜찮고, 트램과 지하철이 가까이에 있고, 가까운 마트와 커피샾등 편의 시설은 좋았다. 다만 청소가 되어있지 않아서 먼지가 상당히 많은 것 빼고는 다 좋았던 곳 같다. 다음에 와도 한 번 더 올 생각이 있긴하지만 그럼 청소 한 번 깨끗하게 하고 자야 할 것 같다. 위치는 시내 중심이 아니지만 만족한다.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen keskellä tavallisten tsekkien asuinaluetta ja hyvien liikenneyhteyksien välittömässä läheisyydessä sekä kaikkien muidenkin palveluiden vieressä.

The apartment is spacious. But the advertising states there is air conditioning, but that is not true. Usually this is not a problem, but this summer has been unseasonably warm. The front desk did give us a fan, which helped. There are no hand towels for the bathroom or the kitchen and the bed is very firm.

Dejlig ren lejlighed i trygt kvarter også efter mørkets frembrud - ikke særligt nemt at finde uden synlige skilte - flink vært :-) book en taxa til at hente jer i lufthavnen hjemmefra det er nemt 👍😊
