タワーの部屋の眺望は素晴らしいです。 キッチンは必要なものがほとんどあり、使いやすいです。 ハウスキーピングはないので、新しいタオルが欲しい場合はフロントに言う必要があります。

Great walkable location with excellent, friendly multilingual customer service staff (Danish & English). The facilities were going through renovations but it was still all usable and will be beautiful when it’s finished. Warning - Copenhagen is not a cheap city for accommodation. Needing space for ourselves and our adult daughter for 4 nights, (more that a folding mobile bed), we opted for this apartment@ approx $AU1,000 per night it was more than we expected to have to pay but the apartment, property, location and service could not be faulted. Loved the ‘green’ initiatives! Would definitely recommend and return.

Stort dejligt værelse, ingen lyd fra andre besøgende eller fra omverdenen. Ligger meget tæt på Metro og tog - perfekt til at komme hurtigt til centrum, men gerne vil nyde freden om aftenen.

This is a well appointed property. We stayed in the tower hoping for a view like the one in the picture - obviously only on 1 side of the tower. We did not get this view. This was slightly disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked this place. The property is probably quieter than many areas but still we had music pumping till 1-2am. I think when colder not a problem as the windows would not have been open. But still slightly annoying but out of the control of the hotel I think. The shower was fantastic. Bed was comfy. The oven was finnicky to use but got there in the end. So not perfect but I would still recommend. Did not use gym and pool but both looked excellent. Location was good - near Juno bakery and there was a great grocery store on the Nordhavn metro side of the tracks as well as a Lidl in the same spot.

Très beaux appartements avec tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipements. Piscine magnifique et salle de sport très bien équipée. Personnel très courtois.

The location was very convenient. The hotel was well maintained and room was super comfortable. Staff were super friendly specially Enric did amazing service for all our needs.

Overall a good stay. We were given a room facing west, which in the summer really heated up the room during the summer. Because the sun sets after 10pm, the apartment can’t be cooled down much without having the windows open and the light coming in. Some people who smoke in other balconies have their smoke drift into your flat. It seemed that at least 4-5 other balconies were smoking during our stay. The location is great, easy to walk to the great surrounding neighborhood. Metro and S train close by. Can get to and from the airport with one metro transfer. Charlottehaven would get 5 stars if they included a fan for hot nights and if there was a restriction on cigarette smoking in the adjacent building.

Lidt intetsigende hotel. Der er mange dejlige at vælge i CPH. Jeg ville nok kigge mig lidt omkring.

Nice easy hotel, we stayed in one of the self catering apartments. The kitchen had nearly everything but would have been nice if had one or two extra things like oil for cooking. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Would have been good to know that breakfast was served an hour later when it was a public holiday. Food at breakfast was very good quality and delicious. Area was generally quiet but walls do carry sound so unfortunately didn’t get the best sleep due to one night there was a concert nearby, baby crying and young lads shouting in the courtyard early in the morning. Public transport is so easy to use and there is the best gluten free bakery just 2 minutes away.
