Opholdet var godt, men fik først oplyst ekstra udgift på 750kr for opredning på dagen, trods opgradering af værelse til 400kr pr døgn inden ankomst

Room was too hot , room had a fan on all the time but ineffective. Made sleeping more difficult, heat and noise of fan

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Kopenhagen, fussläufig alles erreichbar. Vielen Dank dafür, dass wir einen Parkplatz für unsere Motorräder nutzen konnten.

This property was fantastic, so close to the centre and the staff were wonderful. The only issue we had was the very hot rooms and no air conditioning which was challenging to sleep in, along with being very noisy trying to have the windows open. A lovely property however, so many thoughtful and considerate touches to make the stay wonderful.

2nd visit here & it was very pleasant. The only minor gripe is that there is no air conditioning & had to rely on a fan in the room. But overall - it’s a great hotel, fantastic location & the wine hour is a great way to start an evening

Very good breakfast offer hot water

I didn’t take food here,but its bar is pretty good. The bed is very comfortable, but feel too small.

Das Gestänge rund um das Bett hat uns einwenig irritiert. Uns hat ein Haartrockner gefehlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

An amazing hotel. Great location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and to top it off complimentary wine and night cap every day.

We were well looked after by the friendly staff both in the breakfast room and the bar. The free wine hour and the nightcap hour were much appreciated. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Hotel an bester Lage. Freundlicher Service, riesengrosses Frühstücksbuffet und grossartige Dachterrasse. Absolut empfehlenswert.

This hotel is in a great location. Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar.

Friendly staff, good location. Bedroom was quite small with bad design/layout. Some communal areas were on the tired side.

Unfortunately this is also one of these overrated hotels where they promise heaven but does not deliver. Quite uninterested staff, super tiny bathroom with the sink next to the bed (!), super bad connection to Wi-Fi, chrome cast not working, windows could be open but had to wire it to the next window because it could not be looked in position (it was very warm). No air conditioner installed except a very loud floor van. Very hard beds and awful pillows. Super nice breakfast though, but expensive. Great with a roof top bar.
