Even though I was more than an hour overdue for my original check-in time of 6:00 p.m., the closing time, the receptionist was still open and waiting for me.
Check-in was very friendly and attentive.
Although not spacious, the rooms were well furnished and comfortable.It should be noted that the location of the hotel is very close to the station.
Thank you for a wonderful start to our trip to Denmark.

It's clean, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is helpful, and everything you need is provided.
I also like that they are considering about the detailed decoration in the hotel.
I will stay when I get Helsingor again.

It's clean, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is helpful, and everything you need is provided.

Very poor walls and doors, we could only whisper in the room without our neighbor knocked the wall. Worn 3. rd floor and oh, Im afraid of fire and this place does not look safe - e.g. as the window can not open and the fire escape is not so clear to understand

The breakfast was oaky, nothing else. The coffee was horrible. We have to park at least 500 m from the hotel and pay day price. The staff was friendly.

Hyggeligt indrettet. Sød kvinde i receptionen og i køkkenet. Fin morgenmadsbuffet. God seng til den bløde side, TV med mulighed for Netflix. God central placering, lige ved gågaderne, og station og havn. Tak for et dejligt ophold.
