I have stayed several times in this hotel. This time the experience was disappointing. The room was extremely small, the shower head was broken and water wouldn’t get hot. Some maintenance would be indeed needed

Food options: very limited, only breakfast (eggs & charcuterie)
Bed comfort: good
No A/C in the both room forcing you to keep open the windows and having all the street noise.

The hotel was really charming and the staff was very welcoming. Location was great, we could walk practically anywhere. The room was nicely styled, but thin walls let all the sounds through from the hallway, luckily it was quiet. Only real problem we had was with water pressure, the shower really was a sad thing, but se managed. The sauna on the roof terrace was amazing!

Schön renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Türen sind leider so undicht, dass das Licht vom Gang durch die geschlossene Tür ins Zimmer scheint. Zudem alles sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer war leider sehr enttäuschend, da habe ich in manchen Hostels schon besseres gesehen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend! Große Auswahl und schönes Ambiente.

Vänlig personal, bra läge. En kort promenad in till centrum. Vi hade två cyklar med oss och vi fick ställa dom på den låsta innergården.
Hotellet är fint men väldigt lyhört.

At large the experience was fine, at best. Prepare for hard beds, warm rooms, and loud sounds from the streets if you’re facing outwards.
But worst of all, the sauna is billed as a top feature but the listing doesn’t mention it costs extra. This was the only reason I booked the hotel only to find out when I checked in that it costs 200 DKK per person per hour. Incredibly deceptive and I will never stay here again. Please make it clear in your listing that this is not included in the room rate.

Extremely small room. Of the three nights I was there, each night was a different dollar charge. And of course my flight was delayed and I could not get there in time for the first night, which was the highest charge. They did nothing to try to help me by refunding a portion of it or all of it.

Overall good experience. Not a bad location. Bikes to rent right outside either from hotel or on apps. Only complaint was the walls/ceiling were thin and as a light sleeper it made it hard to get sleep when you can hear every single footstep the people above you take. Ask for a room on the top floor or at least away from the stairs

Lovely room, great beds, efficient reception, quite nice lounge area for a night cap albeit small. 15-20mins leisurely walk to Copenhagen main rail station. Fantastic location for exploring the city on foot, bike and many cafés, bars and restaurants.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem 24 Stunden Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es ist sauber und im dänischen Style in einem sehr schönen renovierten Haus. Auch der Innenhof ist schön und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Gegend in der sich das Hotel befindet ist von vielen kleineren und schönen Läden umgeben. Auch gibt es hübsche und einige Restaurants mit gutem Essen.
