It's an LCC hotel. They charge extras for everything including the locker before check-in time. And there is no kettle in the room. You have to buy a drink at the bar starting from DKK30 for a coffee.

普通の清潔なホテルでした

I arrived an hour and a half before check in and the girl on the desk wouldn’t allow me to my room. I had to sit in the lobby until 3 o clock. I only got off a flight. I was exhausted and in need of a shower. Other hotels allow an early check in if the room is ready, and my room was ready. It was bad service. Nobody offered any help while I struggled up the stairs with my heavy luggage. The staff, or the people standing around looking. Good manners no longer exist. My room was tiny and the mattress was filthy and ripped. I dared not look at the rest of the mattress for fear I wouldn’t sleep on it, and I wouldn’t get a refund if I didn’t want the room. I didn’t sleep much because the walls are so thin and the person above me was banging and dragging things around the floor until late in the night. I definitely would not stay here again.

Très bien placé on peut tout faire à pieds/ bus et train pour visiter le pays mais les chambres sont petites et le 3 ème lit est un canapé

Gute Lage um die Stadt einfach erkunden zu können, sei dies zu Fuss oder mit der Miete eines Hotelvelos. Hotelzimmer ist klein aber optimal eingeteilt, d.h. absolut ausreichend wenn man sich „nur“ zum Schlafen im Zimmer aufhält.

Pros: clean, central, tidy, easy bike rental Cons: small rooms, expensive early check-in, you need to rent a locker to leave your luggage.

Had a great stay, staff were excellent only issue really was the noise from the nearby railway station. Cant do much about that, its the price you pay for the very central location.

hótel var mjög snyrtilegt og þjónusta mjög góð, fólk í móttöku mjög hjálplegt og kurteist. eina sem var að var að það hefði mátt þrífa klósettskál aðeins betur

Hotel is 15 min walk from Copenhagen central station. Room is extremely small , no amenities provided- no kettle, fridge, tea/coffee sashays, not even drinking water bottles. A cup of hot water was chargeable!!!!! Overall, expected much more from a supposedly 4 star hotel.

Dejlig, nem løsning til en enkel eller flere dages ophold. Personalet er altid eget imødekommende.

God hjælp ved ankomst i forhold til offentlig transport og indtjekning, værelset var ok størrelse til almindelig rejse, nu havde jeg cykle og udstyr med til Ironman så det satte størrelsen lidt på prøve. Fine værelser og fint morgenmad.
