ジブチの街の性格上外からは分かりにくいですが、清潔ですごし易いホテルです。フロントスタッフも親切で行きたいレストランの場所やタクシーの手配は勿論、急な予定変更によるトラブル対応においても十分すぎるサポートをしてくれました。

良いホテルでした。 部屋もきれいで、シャワーもあまり熱くないですがお湯が出ます。バスタブもありました。ただ、バスタブの底は場所によってはベコベコでしたが。 風呂場の換気扇を回すと排水口から匂いが上がってくる気がしました。 部屋に金庫がありますが、最初は使えたものの、途中で使えなくなりました。 WiFiもあって、速度もまあ、良かったです。 朝食は、とても良かったです。頼むとオムレツを焼いてくれます。 特筆すべきは、フロントの方がとても親切でした。良い現地ガイドを紹介してくれて、有意義に観光できました。

It was my third stay in Djibouti and this was my first stay at Atlantic Hotel, since it was newly added to Expedia and I wanted to try. In short, I really liked the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was cozy. There are a few restaurants in a walking distance which serve the international cuisine. Even the restaurant at the hotel was good. I think the price is very high, but it could be considered okay compared to other hotels in Djibouti. I will definitely come back to Atlantic Hotel next time I visit Djibouti.

Un séjour vraiment agréable, merci à toute l’équipe ! J’ai passé un super séjour à Atlantic. Tout le personnel était accueillant, sourient toujours prêt à rendre service. Mais je veux surtout remercier le manager, qui est vraiment exceptionnel. On voit tout de suite qu’il est passionné par son travail. Il est présent, attentionné, et veille à ce que tout se passe bien pour chaque client. Grâce à lui, on se sent écouté et bien pris en charge. C’est rare de croiser un responsable aussi investi. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

This hotel is not worth the price point. They have one elevator, which was broken while I was there. They first tried to give me a room which had an unbearable smoke smell, even though the hotel is supposedly non-smoking. It has very few amenities. I had to ask twice for soap for the bathroom sink. The rusted toilet paper holder wouldn't even hold toilet paper. I supposedly had a sea view, though the hotel is a number of blocks from the sea. The Sheraton was nearly the same price and 10x nicer. I would not choose the Atlantic again. The staff was very nice, though!

Nice hotel in the center of the center. Place de Menelik was just around the corner from a number of decent restaurants. My only disappointment was the water was warm not hot for bathing. Otherwise, good stay.
