The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

Las instalaciones de uso común, como restaurantes, piscina, playa estaban en muy buenas condiciones y muy bien mantenidos, en cambio las habitaciones no estaban de igual forma, eran viejas y con mobiliario antiguo, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y por más que fue reportado este no mejoró, propuse un cambio de habitación y no fue concedido. Para los restaurantes con reserva, solo permiten una reserva cada 3 noches y esto no es informado en expedía ni en el momento del check in. En este hotel no tuve la experiencia que siempre he tenido en la cadena Bahía Príncipe, que siempre ha sido excepcional. En cuanto al servicio de los colaboradores, es inestable, algunos dan un muy buen servicio y otros simplemente NO. Definitivamente no recomendaría este hotel :(

El hotel en general necesita un upgrade pq ya se ve muy viejo sobre todo en las habitaciones las toallas de playa está casi todas rotas y las de la habitación están empercudidas

The place is great, the staff are very attentive, helpful, and full of energy. The food is very good.

The property was old. The water was linking in my room from the top. My room all was linking water. The telephone didn’t work. My small fridge didn’t work.also my air conditioner did not work. They make a pressure on me to pay my transportation from hotel to Santo Domingo. It was the worse vacation I had in my life

Buen hotel ameno y divertido

À l arrivée,aucun personnel ne parlant un peu français contrairement à punta cana ,Samaná et même sur l’as terrenas,,anglais limite,par contre bien insisté pour me vendre une suite et incapable de me donner la superficie de la chambre. Clim au max avec palles en continu,chambre sous le toit et aucune isolation donc très inconfortable !propreté piscine douteuse vu l alcoolisation ambiante,transats réservés d assaut plage ou piscine,compliqué pour l ombre !buffet de bonne qualité mais peu d innovation. 2 resto faits,excellent !

Llegamos y no había habitación como solicitamos disponible. Recién nos dieron habitación a las 6 de la tarde. Un día estuvo el área de piscina toda la mañana sin toallas.

We had an awesome time at this resort. We loved the beach, the layout of the hotel and the friendly staff. My favorite part was that there were a lot of cats in the grounds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but somewhat outdated. I loved the beautiful beach and huge pool. I am going to miss that beach with crystal clear turquoise water. They have a vast variety of food options in the buffet. Their food is also top quality. This resort has so many activities that it’s impossible to get bored.

el Mantenimiento alrededor es muy bueno, el entretimiento, exelente,comida muy buena, lo unico es que esuvimos 4 noches, y nos permitieron solo 2 reservas para los restaurantes, eso deberia de cambiar. tambien las toallas del cuarto deberian de estar en mejor condicion, luego en el restaurante limon, mientras comiamos, uno de los empleados hacia la limpieza, cerca de donde comiamos, mejor dicho barriendo, el spa exelente, principalmente Esther, la recomiendo mucho

Todo estupendo. Aunque yo quería una habitación frente al mar, la verdad es que la que me enseñaron no tenía nada que ver en comparación con la amplitud de las renovadas que están más alejadas del lobby y playa pero son mejores.
