This place was perfect! Perfect location, the staff was amazing and Vincent at night is so friendly and willing to help. The kitchen team with breakfast was perfect. The front office helped get me a taxi everything was smooth.

En cuanto a la habitación estuvo bien, también la atención de la recepción, pero el servicio de la cocina fue terrible, mala actitud y poca variedad ya que no tenía disponibilidad de varias opciones de la carta.

The staff is what made this stay worth. Everyone was kind and friendly. Hotel is dated but it was the location that was ideal.

The people in the front desk were super, super nice, but when we got there it seems like the room we were supposed to get wasn’t ready so they tried accommodating us in a smaller room when I had payed for a bigger one. It wasn’t till I brought it to their attention that they moved us. There was black mold on the walls and in the bathroom shower heads. The bed we slept in was quite literally two twin beds put together so there was a separation between my husband and I. There was a ceiling fan but the AC never worked during our stay, (not sure if the power was really out but they kept a generator on that made a lot of noise and they kept turning it on and off during the nighttime), and the only window in the room was very small and provided 0 privacy for us if we left it opened for some breeze to enter. Also it was not very clean and I never received the two complementary drinks we were supposed to get, in fact, when my husband went to claim them, they charged him for them. Overall, the place is very different than what it looks like in the pictures.

This was my 4th trip to Santo Domingo and the service and staff is wonderful and planning another trip soon and I will be staying at the Casa Sanchez Hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal muy amable y comprensible. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con nuestra habitación pero se mostraron muy amables para asistirnos.

Nice hotel in zona colonial. It had everything we needed and was clean. Walk the area where you feel safe. Zona colonial is beautiful.

Excellent place excellent service and a great staff. They go out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. I have found a new favorite place in Santo Domingo! Minutes away from El conde for shopping, great places to eat and nightlife! This place is a hidden gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well let me start telling you guys this. I’ve been in Santo Domingo so many times due to my fiance whom has to stay there for awhile so i ve been in so many places.. that been said this cozy hotel gave us anything and everything we could hoped for.. HOT WATER fof god sakes! Lol and nice pool hot tub on the terrace, very friendly staff and excellent location.. rooms are so authentic and beds are sooo comfortable.a/c and fan in rooms and everything works! We loved it and hopefully we will stay there upcoming months as well. Highly recommend you guys won’t be disappointed I guarantee that. The pictures are real and exactly shows how the hotel looks like
