We spend $4300 between flight and hotel. We thought we were staying at a 5 star hotel. However, we did not experience a 5 star service. The food was just horrible for the 5 days we were there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We had a great time! Property was clean, well maintained, lush greenery, easy to navigate. Rooms are a little bit too small for a 4 person room, with both beds being full size only.. but we made it work. Pools are great. Water slides are great! Beach is terrible due to sargassum. Food is good. The resort did a good job with making different themed buffet around the pool so there’s something different everyday. Staffs are great! We didn’t book the preferred club but we still have staff coming up to us to take our drink orders by the pool and beach. They are constantly cleaning up around the pool also. Just keep in mind long pants are required for men for the French restaurant! And hibachi is the only restaurant that requires reservations and you won’t miss anything if you skip it. And morning yoga class is amazing!

Ocean was not clear with lots of sargasm. Room floor was not clean. Overall food and service were good

Decent size, clean rooms, although air conditioning insufficient. Poor quality food overall, except breakfast, maybe. Drinks were terrible - could not be sure that the brands were authentic; sodas were all artificial - no diet free alternatives. Hijacked by desperate staff at the onset to join preferred club and Hyatt membership ! Vouchers provided were intentionally misleading.

The beach was dirty and unable to bath due to extreme seaweed infestation. I was offered an upgrade room then was called to the lobby to pay for the upgrade. The Restaurants are limited and quality of food is mediocre at best. The Nathaniel was a great personal mayordomo and overall staff is nice but that’s about it. I would not stay here again. I was also not given any 200 resort credit, just a book of coupons for extra services I did not use, false advertisement on that one. I ended up only eating breakfast and dinner here and spending the whole day driving to other beaches that were clean and unfortunately spending more money outside of an all inclusive

This was my first all inclusive trip and it was Amazing! The staff are all amazing and consistent with their customer service. They made it feel like home away from home. The food was delicious and fresh so many options. I would 100% recommend this hotel for families, partners and friends. Will definitely be back thank you so much Dreams Flora!

Staff, food and activities were very good

Far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. Our butler Nathanael M was incredible. He was always available and filled all our requests quickly and with a smile. The food was good. My kids enjoyed the swim up bars for non-alcoholic drinks.

My stay at this resort was wonderful, the staff was great, always friendly. The food was wonderful as well, always many options at the buffet. The beach was not great, full of seaweed, otherwise everything was fantastic.

This is the second time that my family and I stay at a dream or sort, and you will definitely not regret it. One of the best states I’ve ever had.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa, and I just have to share! From the moment I arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming; they genuinely went out of their way to ensure my family's stay was as enjoyable as possible. Our room was not only beautifully decorated but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, which was greatly appreciated. My son had a blast at the water park and the pool – it was so heartwarming to see him having so much fun. I personally found great joy in the spa services, the delicious breakfast offerings, and the convenience of having coffee available around the clock. The location was just right, being only 35 minutes from the airport, which made our travel so much easier. I also appreciated how attentive the hotel staff were when I requested a crib for my 6-month-old. They brought it to our room promptly and without any fuss. My family and I truly cherished every moment of our stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway. It was a perfect place for our family vacations with kids, love the installations, the cleanliness and the staff was extremely friendly. Super recommended
