The only downside was construction in front of the main entrance. Was very dusty and loud. Overall was a nice stay!!!

They need to work on the food. The buffet was a bit disappointing as far as variety.

We all agreed 4.5, but only whole numbers allowed so we did 4. All complaints we had were very minor. Patio door that didn't slide well, sales pitch for the membership could have been shorter and more to the point. Lots of people peddling goods on the beach. The good.... staff was super friendly and helpful. Not just some, but every single person. Beach was clean and well maintained. Food was delicious.

The staff were great, and the outside was beautiful. That being said pillows were stiff room was covered in dust theres only one restaurant all others are closed the swim out room is pointless as there is no way to clean the pool.

The room was a mess , the bathroom look and smell bad, the air condition wasn’t workinb properly, they told me was because of renovation, food was cold , service very poor and unprofessional

I enjoyed my stay very much. Joe the manager was very attentive, kind and helpful. My only suggestion is to have more restaurant availability each night and to have different daily options for breakfast. This was a beautiful hotel, I loved the adult only section and having a coffee cafe was wonderful!

Las áreas externas del hotel son excelentes; las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Tenía una gotera sobre el lavamanos y el seguro de la puerta no funcionaba a capacidad. El servicio del personal es excelente, amables y colaboradores. Creo que el servicio de bebidas puede mejorar, ampliar la variedad de tragos. Fue mi primera visita y en general, me gustó.

Everything was very nice

The hotel was nice but the food was terrible they have almost same food everyday.

Beautiful resort, great food, the buffet and Italian restaurants were good. The Italian restaurant provides small portions but it was excellent. There is entertainment for everyone. I traveled with my hubby and kids and it was really nice.

Once again the Dominican Republic rises to the occasion excellent customer service warm and friendly people it doesn’t get any better than that for the money it’s very affordable and you get more than the money you paid for the experience if you want the feeling of wealth you will definitely be in the right place because the people will provide the best customer service on the planet

Need to improve and clean the property better

This all inclusive is a very good option in Juan Dolio. The property was well maintained and the room was spotless. The food was good and the staff polite. Unfortunately the beach had some seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t enjoy the beach. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

This was a disappointing experience. The buffet was horrible and the staff kept telling us that regular things like ice cream, chicken, fried cheese, were either not on schedule to come out that day or they had run out. The staff did not try and accommodate us at all. The only thing that saved our trip was the entertainment and that we were with friends and made the best of it. I would not return to this resort. Hard Pass.

Very nice Staff and clean accommodations. Room I stayed in had moisture problem which affected my phones. Lighting very poor especially for applying makeup. No facial/nose tissues in room. Had to use toilet paper. Design of shower cause a flood on floor. Overall, stay was good

Was a bit disappointed with the service. This was my third time staying at emotions and by far the worst service I have experienced here. We paid extra for a room with the swim up pool and did not get to enjoy it until the third day after calling front desk twice requesting for the pool to be cleaned. Our first night we had to call twice to request towels because the room did not have any. Other than that, the coffee shop was as good as always, the beach clean and peaceful and the restaurants were delicious.
