約2週間程の滞在期間が過ぎています。ホテルディスカバリーの支配人からセキュリティ、清掃係までの全従業員の方々が、私の滞在を心から温かく見守ってくれる、素敵で安全な場所です。出張で利用する際は、常宿にすることに決めました。従業員の皆様には、心から感謝を申し上げます。どうもありがとうございます！

El precio es asequible pero realmente el mantenimiento de las instalaciones es muy bajo.

Es una propiedad algo antigua, no cuenta con buenos servicios, no tiene buen moviliario y está en mal estado.

My experience booking with Expedia was not good. You need to be very careful when using this platform, as they can oversell rooms. When you arrive at the property, there may be no availability, which can completely ruin a vacation that you planned with time and effort. The process of filing a claim afterward is very difficult and exhausting. Regardless of how much you pay, you are trusting a platform that does not always guarantee what it offers. You truly don’t know what you will find until you get there. Although they say they will relocate you, in my case the relocation was not handled effectively. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

They don’t have enough staff to do the cleaning. I arrived at 2;00 pm the room was clean at 3;30and many other customers were waiting for rooms

Lamentablemente fue mala experiencia, ratas en la terraza donde se brinda el desayuno y muchas, frazadas con mal olor, las habitaciones no estan mal pero es una pena que le falte mantenimiento y pintura.

Encontré la cama manchada de cosas que prefiero no saber , me cambiaron la habitación pero igual había cucarachas y en la terraza para el desayuno encontré ratas . Muy mal lugar

O quarto e pequeno porem atende. Os problemas no local: o chuveiro nao esquenta, toda vez que se tomava banho o quarto alagava e a agua saia para o corredor. O cafe era simples um suco um pao com ovo e um cafe. O pior de tudo e que no espaco do cafe havia uma familia de ratos uns 10 fora os pombos que a funcionaria dava comida para os ratos e pombos.

The staff for breakfast always arrive very late.. serve cold coffee. And lame breakfast with no smile. There is a Jacuzzi in the area, that has not worked for ages. The price was $32.22 for 2 days so it was a good deal but the room i got was big but dirty it needed to be swept and moped and bathroom needed to be cleaned.I had to wipe down everything and there was little ants all over the room.And the give you only 1 towel.And for breakfast they gave scrambled eggs and toast with a sunny delight orange juice.But one thing i can say the front desk staff was very nice he even remembered my name and he spoke English and Spanish he attended me very well.

A lot of bad things about this hotel. First off the shower for the first room I saw didn’t have a shower door or curtain so water would get all over the floor when you showered. Also the hotel didn’t have any hot water at all. I went to a second room on the 2nd floor and the shower scenario was similar with a small platform to stand in in the corner but water would still get all over the floor. The bathroom light was so dim I had to use my phone flash light to see anything. The provided pillow was nasty and so stained I went to the grocery store to buy a new one. The last night of my stay I found a cockroach sitting on the shower curtain. Upon returning from my destinations one night, I saw homeless people sleeping on the entrance platform as well as in the lobby. The teenage boys that were at the front desk were on their phones the whole time like everything was fine with this happening. Definitely not the best hotel to stay at! The only good part was it was located near a lot of shopping destinations.

O Hotel muito sujo e cheio de baratas, limpeza terrível, todos fumam no corredor, o local é perigoso durante a noite, os funcionários atendem mal, muito mal, gerente mal educado, as toalhas são rasgadas parecendo pano de chão, o quarto com cheiro de mofo, a cozinha com péssimas condições de higiene e as atendentes mal humoradas, o ar condicionado cheio de mofo e os lençóis não são passado e podre a poeira. O Hotel é velho e mau conservado. Foi a pior experiência da minha em todas as viagens. O gerente tentou nos tirar do Hotel as 10h sendo que a diária venciam as 12h. O café da manha é apenas pão com ovo, café preto e suco artificial de laranja todos os dias. A noite várias pessoas se hospedam apenas para fazer sexo com mulheres prostitutas o ambiente não é familiar. Não vale a pena El hotel estaba muy sucio y lleno de cucarachas, la limpieza era pésima, todo el mundo fumaba en el pasillo, el lugar era peligroso por la noche, el personal ofrecía un servicio horrible, el gerente era un maleducado, las toallas estaban rotas y parecían trapos, la habitación olía a moho, la cocina estaba en pésimas condiciones higiénicas y los empleados eran antipáticos, el aire acondicionado estaba lleno de moho y las sábanas no estaban planchadas y estaban cubiertas de polvo podrido. El hotel es viejo y está mal mantenido. Fue la peor experiencia de todos mis viajes. El gerente intentó echarnos del hotel a las 10 de la mañana, aunque nuestra entrada era a las 12 del mediodía.
