I stayed for 8 nights and 9 days. It was a great first experience. I’ve never stayed at a resort in Punta Cana this was very fun and family friendly

Good experience in the resort. I want to thank k our concierge Anthony for all the help and attention. The room was great, and the resort grounds are very beautiful. Overall the food and drinks were not exceptional but very good. As it would be expected, the drinks made at pool and beach bars lacked in quality because they had to be made fast. The beach had some sargassum, although the resort tried their very best to keep it away and clean. Traveling with a one year old, so the kids club can be very helpful. Would definitely come back in the future.

Resort was amazing! Family had the greatest time. Would go back. Only negative was our room smelled a bit musty and could have been cleaner.

We stayed Level in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was AMAZING! Private concierge was great, very helpful. The Level, gave many benefits which we enjoyed. Those being a private pool area for Level, restaurant and lounge, top shelf liquor. What we feel could be improved upon: while we were there. There was a chef change in Level area. We didn't care for the changes made mid week. For example, by the Level pool went went from being offered delicious quesadillas to things like salmon salad and we were told quesadillas were no longer available. This was one of the very few things my kids would eat! The food was a struggle with my family who are picky eaters. To order something plain, was so hard & the language barrier made it harder. They would say they understood English and your food wouldn't come out right. It was the most disappointing part of the trip, the food was an issue. We ate in several places too. Sit down and buffet. Best and most delicious was the filet at the Riviera. This was what we ended up with almost every day. There isn't much for older teens, they got bored, and could only stay in the sun for so long. I think staying for less than a week you'd be ok doing all you want to do. We stayed a full week. Oddly enough 2 of us ended up with bug bites, too many to count, the other 3 didn't. Such a great experience. So much to do without having to leave the resort at all! Kids activities, water slides and live entertainment and shows at night. The staff were amazing, not a single complaint.

The food at the restaurants that need reservations like the mexican was not good at all. we ended up sticking with buffet. if your room is not closed to thr beach it is not convenient because it is a good walk. we paid extra for the VIP section but dont think it was worth it because the beach had the same options than the non vip section, the restaurant the riviera had same food as the buffet except if you wanted something from their menu that again the food was not good. it was ok place i wouldn’t consider this a luxury hotel. They didn’t have a decent tennis raquets to borrow they were broken or missing a piece. the tennis courts were not on good condition.

It’s a very beautiful and very well maintained resort.They have an amazing entertainment group that will really make your stay so much fun and have so many activities like dancing lessons, beach volley or karaoke nights. Also the people by the pool bar were great and fun! The only issue for us was making reservations at the restaurants. It was such a hustle and had to talk to so many people! We were there for 2 birthday celebrations and took multiple days and hours during our stay to reserve a table!

Loooved this place! Food and drinks are ok! Vibe is awesome! Room? I barely used it! People is nice so you NEED to be nice back!!! Beach is stunning! Burguers at the beach were the best! Daily and night entertainment was really good too! Perla was our conierge and she is so so sweet and good!!! We will be back!

Great resort all around. Would definitely recommend to families with children. The water park and pool were the best part. Food was great, many different options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Small things that could’ve been fixed like our phone not working in the room, but you get your own concierge who communicates to you through what’s app. Perla was great. She answered everything for us in a timely manner and booked our taxi back to the airport when we asked. Overall my family enjoyed every minute. A very beautiful property with plenty of activities for adults and kids throughout the day.

Nothing!!

This was our second time. Last visit was 19 years ago. Seemed more crowded and less well-kept. There were also tons of people peddling services and goods on the beach. They would approach you while you would try to relax. They were not too pushy, but at times we would be asked once every five to six minutes.

The food wasn’t great, was served raw chicken and steak at one dinner. The room has tons of bugs. There aren’t enough golf carts to shuttle people around and the property is massive. Had to wait hours for towels at the pool…

Property is beautiful but service and food are so terrible, buffet don’t have many food options, service staff are terrible a couple was great, for what we pay for it is not worth, we don’t receive anything first 3 days until we almost leave our concierge was looking for us obviously he’s leaving want a great tips he never did our reservations for restaurants right, room service bad too have to call so many times honestly I don’t recommend this location

Poor VIP experience - 9 nights for 14.000 $ not worth it Shuttle from lobby to areas in hotel with very low frequency water sport supposed to be free but you need to pay 50$ for catamaran !! We have been stolen money in our room … Only positive aspect, Olives bar is excellent and the swimming pool area is very nice

Amazing time with my family! Beautiful resort. Well-kept. Friendly staff. Level upgrade was definitely worth the extra expense.
