海とプールで楽しめた。 シアターでのパフォーマンスが今回無かったが　それなりに楽しめました。 お料理は美味しかったです。

This was a nice property. The grounds were nicely manicured and the pools with night lights gave an extra atmosphere that I enjoyed. The room we had was large with an extra large balcony that overlooked the gorgeous pools.

Todos fueron atentos, amables y amigables. Ismael nos atendió de maravilla. Había buen ambiente. Las actividades y los shows estuvieron muy entretenidos. La comida contaba con alternativas variadas y exquisitas. Lo recomiendo.

I just got back from Ocean Blue and Sand. I have been in DR 9 times including this one. My first impression was that the property was old and unattractive but I have to admit that after a couple of days I began to see it with different eyes. I got the PRIVILEGE package and the customer service was excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and they succeeded. If possible I will recommend to get the PRIVILEGE PACKAGE if you can. It gives you access to much better quality service and premium drinks. Overall I enjoyed my time there and I will recommend it to my friends. Also the price was kind of in the middle. I walked on the beach to see the hotel next to this one to the right of Ocean blue and the two hotels next to it were horrible. The first one LTI Punta Cana and the second Punta Cana Princess. If you are going to punta Cana I suggest you to AVOID this two places. I hope this review helps you make a better decision.

Beautiful area , all inclusive is good but need more variety of food , need service update.

Ocean Blue and Sand was an amazing experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and clean. There are multiple restaurants, pools, bars and activities in the resort. If there is one improvement suggestion I would make, it would be for breakfast to be served 1/2 hour earlier, so guests can eat something before they leave for the excursions, which can be long and there is not enough time to eat in between stops. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

The hotel was very unique and offered excellent service overall. However, my main dissatisfaction was with the food. The temperature of several dishes was not appropriate, and none of the food options reflected the local Dominican cuisine. Additionally, the quality and standards of the individual restaurants did not meet expectations. Aside from the great service and the enjoyable experience at Mike’s Coffee, the food would make me hesitant to return.

The staff was incredible! Especially Mike Tyson (Samuel)! They were really great at getting people hype and involved in the fun! The activities and shows were well thought out and organized! The pool was both relaxing and fun at times. Our beach front was definitely the most well taken care of for seaweed season. I was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get a reservation for the nice restaurant on our anniversary, even went to the service desk to talk through it and they only offered a 930 reservation at the Japanese restaurant with several others at the table with us. Not very romantic for a 10 year wedding anniversary. Our friends that had the “privilege” bracelet on, ended up contacting their concierge and they made us a reservation in which they placed flowers and napkin swans on our table and dinner was amazing. In all a wonderful experience!

Great stay clean good food

The property was great!! Big but not too big!! Lots of things to do to keep my 18 & 21 yr old busy ( coffee shop-that is better than Starbucks, Bowling Alley, Pool Tables, Night Club, etc). The rooms were large and spacious...and the AC worked a little too well. Great range of restaurants for food and the buffet was pretty good, considering it is a buffet. We have stayed at 33 different resorts in many different places, over the last 28 years, and this resort was top 5 for us. Great value and a great resort!!

This property is not what the reviews suggest. As soon as you arrive, a team tries to take you on a property tour and sell you a timeshare. The rooms were hot with the AC not working, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The buffet was okay, but we got sick to our stomach on multiple days. The customer service provided by the staff was not satisfactory, especially at the restaurant by the beach. The shows were not good either, the atmosphere was more of a College Spring Break. If you are traveling with kids, this is not a good hotel. The beach was FULL of seaweed during our whole stay. Overall, I would never stay here again and would warn against it. The only thing I thought was good about the property was the Coffee Shop. It had great coffee and desserts.
