The resort is gorgeous but can we appreciate all the stuff how they are so sweet so kind they arranged flowers on my table fact they did that from love no management no taking orders was all from love I have been in different islands different high class resorts but i can say this resort is number one and again its the stuff

La estadía estuvo excepcional, agradecida de todo el personal que nos dieron una bienvenida y un servicio excelente en especial a mi hijo Anthony que lo hicieron sentir muy bien y feliz.

Excelente, sencillamente superó mis expectativas , el trato y la atención es espectacular y todo adsolutamente todo, es muy muy bueno. Gracias a todos los trabajadores que de una forma u otra nos hacen sentir como en un sueño. Que Dios los bendiga a todos ,mil mil millones de gracias

The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid.

This was the most magnificent resort we’ve ever been. Their hospitality is world class. The food choices are amazing and delicious. This is a true all inclusive place, even the specialty restaurants. The experience began at check in. Their complimentary lemon, coconut refresher is addictive. You have breathtaking views everywhere you look. If you want to be treated like royalty, this resort is the place to be. I don’t recommend the Blue Marlin restaurant, the food was less desirable than the other restaurants which are all delicious. We are already planning to return, completely impressed

It was a great adult only property, very quiet yet nice activities organized, like water gym, wine tasting etc

Toalhas de banho e rosto rasgadas. Um hotel categoria luxo, deixando toalhas rasgadas para uso dos hóspedes? Inadmissível. Ocorreu, em mais de uma ocasião, mesmo tendo sido reportado o ocorrido à gerência. Diariamente, são realizados eventos particulares(o resort ganha duas vezes - ganha com a diária paga pelos hóspedes e com a locação dos espaços), nas áreas que deveriam ser de uso comum dos hóspedes, tendo, em mais de uma ocasião, sido interditada a área da piscina do castelo, restaurante e outras áreas. Além disso, o alto som das bandas e instrumentos das festas particulares impede o descanso dos hóspedes, pois as festas se estendem noite adentro. O som penetra os cômodos de modo que parecia estarmos participando das festas. Temos vídeos gravados. Então, se você procura descanso e sossego, não é o melhor local. E não conte em usufruir de todas as piscinas e áreas comuns, pois serão diariamente interditados para locação e realização de eventos particulares. É, no mínimo, desrespeitoso com o hóspede que fez uma longa viagem, pagou um alto valor em diárias para estar em um local e ser privado de utilizar as áreas comuns, além de ter seu sossego prejudicado devido à locação do resort para eventos e festas particulares. Meu esposo fez aniversário durante a nossa estadia, era de conhecimento da gerência e do concierge; ainda assim, não recebeu sequer um cartão parabenizado-o, nada! Um descaso total! Quarto com curto circuito, colocando as nossas vidas em risco!

They most not inclusive, inclusive hotel. And service is subpar with most staff who can barely speak English

Great resort, staff were incredibly nice and made me and my family feel like we were kings and Queens! Already reserved my next stay!

The hotel is beautiful and the food is great, but we had an incident in the room. On the second day, we were missing $300 from our wallet. We made a complaint and they told us that we had to keep the money in the safe and that they were not responsible. However, this happened inside the room, which doesn't have to happen, and the attention they received regarding what happened was not good. I will not return to that hotel again, and I honestly do not recommend it because the situation was not handled with the seriousness it required.
