Estuve varios días en este lugar con mi familia y fue excelente. Buenas atenciones el desayuno muy bueno todo muy bien.

Nunca me entregaron las llaves, no pude acceder y el número del anfitrión supongo que no existe y es falso. No hagan reservas aquí o los van a estafar❌❌❌

We didn’t feel as though the staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a bit of an out of the way spot so found we had to walk quite a bit to get anywhere.

Patrick and his wife were excellent hosts ... happy and helpful. The Hotel is walking distance to the city. It is very clean and comfortable. 24 hour security. Good breakfast, too. I would stay there again.

What I like most from this property it was the view from the balcony, early in the morning or late on the evening, being in that balcony I could take my best shots with my camera to the city

Esta bien para una noche en Quito, el desayuno es básico pero viene incluido. En relación a la calidad y precio creo que es un poco costoso.

The property is very close to the main road which has numerous restaurants and a huge shopping centre. The room was not as shown in the photo. It was tiny and the bedding was dirty. The water in the shower never got hot. The people at the front desk were really nice but I would not stay there again.

4 pisos por escalera. Poca agua en la ducha. Casi sin tomas de electricidad

Todo bien, solo debería haber más personal y checar la calidad de su servicio, las personas que están muy amables y sin problema, solo creo se ven saturadas, solo más personal

Subimos 4 niveles para la habitacion, con 5 maletas sin elevador y cero ayuda del recepcionista. Terrible! Hay ruido sw carros desde temprano. Salimos corriendo

While in Quito, we spent three nights at this hotel. The hotel and room were both clean, and the bathroom had body and hand soap. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, two pieces of toast, some fruit, and coffee were given - basic but decent. We had some washing to do, including some T-shirts, socks, and underwear. When we inquired about the price, the check-in agent said it would be $1. We made two small loads, colours and whites. When I went to pick up the washing, the employee said, "$15," at random. She stated she would verify after I told her that we were offered $1 per load. During the check out the same employee said it was $10! She continued by saying that it was one per $1. I explained that the price was unrealistic because the socks and underwear alone would cost $25. Anyway, paying more wasn’t the issue if we were told from the beginning. But the inconsistent and random price from the original felt like they tried to cheat us! Bad customer experience.

El joven de la recepción excelente, el desayuno muy basico ni mantequilla o mermelada incluye, puedes traer a tu perro lo cual es grandioso (obviamente debes cuidar que no dañe o ensucie los espacios internos) hay una calle donde puedes pasearlos con espacios verdes y hay habitaciones con balcon donde podrias traer los pañales de piso por una emergencia. Esta muy cerca de un gran centro comercial y de un monton de bares exclusivos, restaurantes y de todo para elegir. Lo recomiendo y volveré sin duda.

No Air conditioning or heat available that we could find. the shower door was missing half of the glass. TV only had spanish television no english.

Buen sitio por su ubiación, tranquilo y buen servicio.

Muy lindo y cerca de todo.

lo que falta es que los cuartos sean un poco mas termicos ya que las temperaturas son muy altas
