Great hotel in an ideal location . Helpful friendly staff Nice pool and pool bar with views We had a sea view room with balcony which was really lovely Nice breakfast included but the breakfast room itself is a little tight . Would definitely stay again

Great hotel with amazing location in a beautiful inlet. We could see many marine animals and birds right from the poolside deck. They have kayaks and bikes for guests to use. Convenient location close to the dock and many restaurants, market and shops. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Very recommended

The friendliness of the staff was amazing. Aways a nice chat and a smile for everybody. The food was excellent and the pool and bar are just right in the nature. We really loved everything about it. Just a little tip, check exactly what kind of balcony your room has. We ere very disappointed about tge one of room 207. It was just a 'step out', nothing to enjoy relaxing outside. But the rest was just awesome and perfect.

We stayed at this hotel for a full week, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel is relatively new, beautifully maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere with absolutely stunning views. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. It was consistently fresh, flavorful, and something we genuinely looked forward to each day. The staff were incredibly accommodating with any requests we had and were always happy to answer our questions about the island, offering helpful recommendations and local insight that made our trip even more enjoyable. We also loved having access to the complimentary kayaks and bicycles, which were a fantastic way to explore the area. A special thank you to Madelin and Denzel, who were exceptional hosts throughout our stay, though every member of the team was phenomenal. They even helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The hotel is still completing work on a few rooms, but this had absolutely no impact on our stay. The property was well-kept, quiet, and comfortable throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with outstanding service, excellent amenities, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, I highly recommend this hotel. We would not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.

Great breakfast. The pool area was especially enjoyable at the end of the day after long tours. One of the highlights was the deck, conveniently located next to the pool, where we were able to spot turtles, rays, and sea lions. The room was comfortable.

Great hotel adjacent to downtown area of puerto Ayora. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Pool area was great and helpful for the kids to play (note there is no beach in town, it’s outside of town). Poolside bar was a nice touch as well. Had bikes to loan and a kayak for the lagoon it sits on. We loved this place.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help, the morning breakfast had such variety, the location is only a 1/2 block from the pier, and the pool overlooks the canal. While in the pool, we saw marine a turtle, sea lions and marine iguanas. Last note… the restaurant has the most incredible Ecuadorian ceviche for a better price than some of the nice restaurants in town!!! Highly recommend getting it. It’s big enough to share as a light meal, or by yourself if you are hungry.

I spent a few nights at Hotel Ninfa before transferring over to El Barranco. The difference is night and day including the shampoo, body soap, conditioner, etc. The pool dock is clean with the best bartender ever. Bikes are for rent, no time limit. The bedsheets and beds are new making it extremely comfortable after a whole day of excursion. That good night sleep is worth the extra money. We book a family room for a family of 4. Plenty of space for my daughter to do cartwheels. Internet connection may not be as good as the U.S. but it got us by.

Amazing hotel, great location, especially if you like being near the water and seeing the wildlife, the pontoon near the bar was great for an afternoon chilling. I managed to see frigates, sea lions marine iguanas and much more. Quiet rooms, good breakfast. The bar cocktails were great too, lovely staff. I’ll definitely be back when I come to Galapagos again

Der Service war tadellos, äußerst professionell und aufmerksam. Mein aufrichtiges Lob gilt Ihrem gesamten Team dafür, dass es meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet hat. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren schön und hatten eine gute Größe. Der Poolbereich mit Bar, Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten und Santitäranlagen waren top. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf den seitlich, ruhig gelegenen Anlegeplatz war fantastisch. Wir konnten vom Steg aus bereits einige Fische und Vögel und Seelöwen beobachten. Der Frühstücksraum war geschmackvoll ausgerichtet. Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage liegt aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen!
