スタッフの方は親切でしたが、部屋のベットの毛布がシーツが無く毛布と毛布の中に入って気持ち悪く感じ寝れなかった。他の部屋もチェックアウトしているのに掃除している感じしない感じが少し気になった。宿泊している人が少なく感じたが快適な部屋を使わず手間のかからない部屋1階だけ使い手間を省いている感じがした作りは悪くないのに勿体無いと思いました。

Muy bonita, las personas muy amables

My friend and I stayed at this location for a Saturday night while visiting Latacunga. The hotel is nice, but is located next to a discotec. Music from the disco could be heard clearly in our room. The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again.

The hotel is in the heart of old Latacunga so we could walk just about everywhere. Latacunga itself is a base for visiting Volcan Cotopaxi and Quilotoa, two of Ecuador's premier sites. While it may strange, it was very cold there during our visit and, of course, buildings are not heated including this hotel. I asked for and received a space heater, without which my stay would have been very difficult. One unexpected surprise was having to pay cash for the room, since the pandemic has reduced the hotel's occupancy rate to such a low level that they no longer have sufficient volume of activity to maintain their account.

Hotel owner had a family party - which kept going until late. They didn't not stop until, we asked for a second time. You either run a business or you don't. I don't care about the owners celebration schedule. Breakfast, which was included, wasn't ready in the mornings - However, it was a good breakfast. In the two days that we were there, they never picked up and/or cleaned the tables from the party, The cherry on top was to be contacted from the Hotel (private email) accusing me of not checking out and not paying. On top of that, they have the number of nights and reservation code wrong, so i told them that i will only listen to them, if they acted thru hotels.com. The people working there were very nice (front desk and kitchen), feel sorry for them, as I believe they are understaffed and they do what they can. Overall unorganized and wouldn't recommend staying here, unless they get it together. The fact they consider themselves 4 star is laughable.

The owner cancelled our two night reservation and argumentes that he never received any booking from Expedia. That specific weekend was in high demand and the gentleman did not offered us any other solution NOT even an apology. Definitely NOT trustworthy.

Mycket trevligt hotell med fantastisk personal som tog hand om oss och hjälpte oss väldigt mycket när vi hamnat lite i nöd. Från takterrassen kunde man se Cotopaxi. Fin innergård och restaurang.

The staff was incredibly helpful in getting me settled and helping me navigate getting the best guide for Cotopaxi. They were also great to practice my Spanish skills with!

Good caring staff. Room was clean and shower pressure and temperature was great.

Initially they gave us a room without a window but they moved us after we asked and gave Us a fantastic room with windows all across and a view of the lit church tower. The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. They arranged a tour to Cotopaxi volcano That was great.

Rolled into Latacunga around 4pm on a rainy Sunday after a day at Cotopaxi. The town was essentially deserted, which was fine, but so was the hotel. The person on duty seemed surprised that we had arrived, despite our reservation. The room we were shown was quite small and the decor very dated. The courtyard outside the room seemed nice and newly renovated. No one seemed too interested in helping us find a place to eat and it was made clear that the hotel's restaurant would not be available. One night was enough.

Our stay here was just one night, but it's a pretty cozy place at a descent price. The gentleman at the front desk spoke English pretty well and helped us plan our next hotel stay by making a reservation for us in the next town we were headed to. The breakfast isn't included here, but a nice breakfast is offered. Overall the place is clean, fairly secure, and reasonably quiet.

Hotellet er hyggeligt nok, men: værelserne er små, Wi-Fi-signalet meget dårligt, restauranten lukket og man kan hverken parkere eller læsse af ved hotellet.

Buen hotel para estar en Latacunga, bien ubicado en el centro. Vieja casona colonial muy bien mantenida, Staff muy amable, habitaciones limpias, amplias. Desayuno basico pero bien. Recomendable

Excellent séjour dans cet hotel. Peut-être faudrait-il simplement un peu plus de présence à la réception, souvent déserte. L'hôtel est bien situé et très confortable.

Great hotel, great roof view. Loved the experience of it all.

The hotel was a converted mansion located in the old part of the city. Each room was appointed different and were attractive. The breakfast/dining area was the covered courtyard that is common in the old haciendas. Beds were the typical Ecuadorian very hard mattresses. Nothing unusual in this. While the staff did not speak much English, they tried very hard to be attentive to our needs.
