Beautiful, rustique hacienda in the middle of amazing mountain landscapes. Everything is stone and wood. Very athmospheric. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the food was good. Staff was helpful. Only problem for us was the height sickness, but you can't blame Hacienda Los Mortinos for that. Also, it gets cold at night. The fireplace in our room kept us warm in the evening, but it was chilly in the morning. If you're a nature person you won't mind too much.

Absolutely, incredible place! Do NOT hesitate to make the trip here. We had an absolutely magical stay Food was tremendous Staff was helpful and welcoming Grounds are stunning Bed was sooooo comfortable And THE MOUNTAIN…. You will not find a better view of Cotopaxi! Thank you so much for sharing this magical space 💟

I never reached this property as the driver I hired couldn't locate it with his GPS, phone, or my phone. We saw one sign to Cotopaxi but no mention of this property. We stopped at 3 different ranches, and all gave different information. We tried to call the property number, but it was not in service. After many hours on a rock, pothole, dirt road I told the driver to take me back to Quito.
