We loved out stay at Riviera Sucre. It is a beautiful propertty with lush gardens and comfortable rooms. Best of all was the staff. They were so kind, friendly, and make the stay an unforgettable one. Highly recommend this property to every traveler to Otavalo, especially those who relish quiet and tranquility.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The fountains and gardens in the various patios give a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere to the whole place. The room is clean and has a comfortable bed.

Heel goed centraal gelegen. Vriendelijke bediening, lekker compleet ontbijt. Nette grote kamer. Positief dat er een afgesloten parking is, enkel is ze op 5 minuten wandelen gelegen( wat niet erg is), maar er moet steeds iemand vanuit hotel meegaan om de poort te openen. Zeker een aanrader

Staff was wonderful and the location is away from the center, so quiet in the evenings. The gardens are wonderful to sit in the mornings.

The people and owner which are excellent human beings. You also meet people from other countries and share a lot of anecdotes.

The two things that stand out to me that I thought were top notch were the convenience of the location and the excellent service by everyone who worked there. The room was not above average but everything else was. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio each morning and I loved sitting in the garden right outside my door. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hostal is appealing and comfortable in every way. The staff couldn't be more helpful or personable. The ambience is laid back and pleasing. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast delicious. One block access to a beautiful plaza. I could go on with good comments.

We loved everything about this place. The staff went above and way beyond to be helpful. This will be our go to place for sure.

Great price for the facilities.

The accommodations that we had were for 3 people and were in the older part of the building. The rooms were clean and adequate but not fancy. What makes this property special are the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They organized our transportation from Quito airport and were happy to do some much needed laundry for us. The owner was very helpful in his suggestions on what to do in the town. The inner courtyard was a lovely space to enjoy the very tasty breakfast (best juice we had in Ecuador!). There was minimal street noise despite it's central location. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It was great value for money!
