Room had no Wi-Fi, no hot water and a broken hairdryer. Other people in my group had weak Wi-Fi but no other issues. Staff was not helpful

If you are an entomologist this is the place for you. You can see flies, beetles and roaches and thats just in your room. The room was absolutely disgusting full of flies and ownership didnt want to do anything about it or do anytiing about my bill other then offering me bottle of cheap wine. Find somewhere else

This hotel is severely overpriced. The facilities are low end, the property had an awful smell from the moment we walked in through the front doors. Would not recommend under any circumstances, unless they drop their prices by half, and even so, not the best stay.

We were disappointed by this hotel. We had a room with no window that open and it was old. The look and feel is oldish and they could make it more appealing. Breakfast was fine. We stayed at the neighboring Casa de Judy which is excellent in comparison. The staff was nice but the overall experience was not great. We will not come back here.

Good location in Santa Cruz. Walkable to restaurants, attractions, waterfront. Clean, friendly. Refreshing pool. Good breakfast.

Very nice smaller hotel (around 20 rooms), super pleasant staff, very good hot served breakfast included, pool, hot showers, south east side of town, easy access to the Darwin Research Station and all the restaurants, shops and bars on the main street, easy walk to the fish market on the waterfront where there are sea lions, sea birds and iguanas. We would stay here again.

Everything was good only little inconvenience was the hot water. You hard to let it run a while for it to get hot but once it was then the shower was great. All the rest was very good!

Overall was a good experience will need to be more exterminated because some spider lizard

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer in einem tollen kleinen Familienhotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit schönem Ausblick und einer guten Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war super und die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist recht groß verglichen zu anderen Hotels allerdings auch sehr warm. Man muss ca. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum laufen.

The location is walking distance to some sights and restaurants. During my stay there was construction going on which woke me up in the very early morning with the loud noises and hammering that was going on. The pool area was nice and peaceful and the hotel is quite private and in a quiet neighborhood. For the price I would say there are similar accommodations at a cheaper price, I didn’t feel the price I paid was worth it considering alternative options.
