Excellent value for money, excellent location, super clean and very polite helpful people working for the hotel. If you are looking for a good budget Hotel with excellent amenities near by, don’t think twice.

This hotel felt a bit over regimented. Check in was through a window. Breakfast charged extra for a second cup of coffee, etc.

Staff NOT very friendly. And don't take a taxi via the hotel. Room was clean and hotel is good located in the city.

Satisfactoria. buena limpeza, cama aceptable. desayuno bueno. Pero me hubiera gustado que la habitacion tuviera ventanas, no sabia que habia que solicitarla, tampoco me informaron en el chekin

El hotel limpio, pero un poco ruidoso a la hora de dormir, se ponen a mover muebles y es muy ruidoso y no se descansa bien

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. It was quite clean and has a friendly staff. It might be better if you vary the breakfast. It seems you serve the same dish every day.

The quality of the hotel was really great for the price, and it was in a good location. We were within walking distance of Malecon 2000, Las Penas, the iguana park, and many other Guayaquil attractions. The room was very clean, shower was hot, and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo and soap. There were only two downsides. First, the breakfast was not vegetarian-friendly (rolls were coated in grease and the eggs contained ham). The kitchen staff were receptive to our requests to make the meal vegetarian, but there was still traces of ham in the eggs. There is also a school behind the hotel that has a loudspeaker. Depending on the room you're in, you may be woken up at 6:00 AM to school announcements.

The hotel was very conveniently located for walking to the Malecon. The water too a while to heat up, but there was a nice rain shower head. The air conditioner seemed a little weak, but I was still comfortable in the room

Accueil déplorable par une réceptionniste enfermée dans une cabine de verre qui n’écoute Rien et s’applique à parler à côté de son micro. Nous avons commandé un taxi pour le lendemain matin 5h30. Confirmation de notre demande par 3 fois..... Le matin le taxi n’avait pas été appelé et le véhicule qui nous a amené à l’aéroport était tout sauf un taxi officiel. Impossible de payer par carte bleue. Es réceptionnistes mettent de la mauvais volonté à faire fonctionner le terminal . Bruits de portes toute la nuit par le personnel, chambre aveugle, personnel incompétent, voiture garée au fond d’un garage nécessitant le déplacement de 2 autres véhicules pour sortir......... pas cher mais beaucoup trop cher!!!! A fuir

Great place for it's money. Quite rudimentary but saved the day when staying with a pet. They should offer a place for dog relief. Thsg would be great as there is no place around to do so.
