Friendly and a beautiful place

Room had hardly any amenities. They claim free pickup but it is only one-way, they charged me $10 for the trip back to the airport.

The staff was really nice. The room was clean but gloomy, and the bathroom lights very dimmed. It was also noisy, right next to the kitchen. Also you could hear noises coming from the front desk and entrance.

Great stay. Driver waiting with a sign at the airport. Friendly reception staff. The room is clean and while it takes a couple of minutes to warm up, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Close to the airport and nice restaurant.

I stayed here three times in between flights to the Galapagos, Amazon River and Quito. Everything was great, except the WiFi, which kept going in and out, but that could have been the Internet service provider. They provide free airport pick up (but not drop off, which costs $10). The sheets and pillows are a good quality, the mattress was comfortable, the water is hot and has good pressure, and the room service food was very good and reasonably priced. I recommend this place for a budget option close to the airport.

It is a very clean room. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Clean rooms, pick up service from Airport after arrival

Transport was very good, Carla at reception was very welcoming and nice. The rooms are very small and clean but not sound proof at all. VERY NOISY. You can expect hearing planes sleeping near the airport but it was intense. We could also hear all guests talking at their many different arrival times until 1 AM. Needless to say that we didn’t get much sleep.

We were in Quito overnight, flying out the next morning, so we wer looking for a lower cost hotel. Tababel Land offered free pickup from the airport so was perfect for ourneeds. Small but cozy and well appointed room. Great helpon check in and in getting us a taxi in the morning. Only issue was that the phone number listed went to an odd sounding recording in Spanish. But we got connected and all ended well.

Our hotel booking came with free airport pick-up, but we didn't see the pick-up person at first. We were trying to figure out how to get a hold of the hotel when I walked outside and spotted someone walking up with a sign with my husband's name on it. The desk clerk didn't speak English, so we used our limited Spanish to get by. He gave us an English dinner menu, and we went to order at the front desk where we were told it would take about an hour for our food to be ready. The hotel seemed empty - pretty sure we were the only ones staying there. Our room was rather cramped with a full-sized bed and twin bed, so it was a bit hard to navigate. The room was clean, and we had enough pillows. It could be a bit loud with the vehicles on the street outside as well as talking and doors closing around the hotel building. Dinner ended up taking about two hours to prepare, but she was making my husband's chickpea burger from scratch. so that was understandable. I had the potato vegetable lasagna. Our food was tasty, plentiful, and good value. Breakfast was included in the morning, and we were served papaya, watermelon, yogurt, eggs, bread and cheese, and coffee. A taxi pick-up was arranged for us for $10 to go back to the airport in the morning. 

Perfect for what we needed, breakfast was excellent and was home-cooked which was lovely, the staffers were consistently very helpful. The jewelry and items on sale in the lobby were very lovely too. The room was a good size and this was a quick ride to the airport which was very convenient. Good cost for the room and services.

Very good option near Quito Airport

We were there for 6 hours before an early morning flight. It is fine for a short stay. We didn't see the property or surrounding area in the daylight

Check in staff no English, bring a translator device. Walk up narrow stairs one flight to room. Room is small, be prepared, not a Marriott! Bed was clean and hard mattress but slept ok. Breakfast was nice, fruit, scrambled eggs and a sandwich. Coffee and tea served. Wouldn’t do it again but served it’s purpose and was cheap!!

El lugar para que quedarse por 1 noche esta bien. La dueña y persona que atiende en recepcion se nota algo molesta o enojada, es un hotel de paso realmente.

I would not recommend this place at all. When we're doing the check in, the person at the front desk wanted to charge us more than what said on the reservation. On their screen there was a higher initial price but also discounts were listed and the final price matched the one on the reservation. So, they wanted to charge us the initial price saying that the higher price was because of the dinner. But after we showed them the discounts listed on their screen, then they charged us the right price. We are from Ecuador and we speak Spanish. With this experience, we wonder how they would treat foreigners who don't speak Spanish.. No recomendaría este hotel para nada. Pasamos una mala experiencia porque intentaron cobrarnos valores mayores a los que ya estaban establecidos en la reserva. Demostramos que esos valores no eran los correctos y al verse descubiertos trataron de argumentar que era por la cena. Si así tratan a los propios ecuatorianos, cómo tratarán a los extranjeros que no hablan español..

Estuvo bien por una noche cerca del aeropuerto. Había pelos en mi cama. Estaba tan cansado que no me importó. De lo contrario, parecía limpio.

Convenient spot near the airport with pickup and breakfast included. The proprietor was extremely accommodating and always available to assist us.

Easy checkin, friendly staff. Room was small but had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and bun with ham and cheese. Tasty.

This is THE best choice for a quick overnight at UIO! Less than 10 minutes away, includes 1 airport shuttle(*please be aware the second shuttle does cost $15, so add that in, still far and away the best value for UIO!). They actually have a person waiting with a paper with your name, super easy. Hotel has HOT water, awesome showers!!! Has a restaurant on site. Includes FULL complimentary breakfast! Rooms are small but very clean. Beds are warm and comfy. Staff is excellent and very responsive and helpful! I won't be staying anywhere else when I need a room for UIO!
