I always like staying here. Good value. Extra touches. Renovated rooms. Learned today there are rooms without windows! Unexpected. I dont mind. Breakfast included and coffee in lobby. Iguanas in the park

Not at all what you see in the pictures, but OK to spend the night. You can walk to the Malecón 2000.

Hotel is promising. Hotel staff were wonderful and at their best. Neat beds, Rooms was always clean. Cafeteria staff wonderful and very friendly. Every morning breakfast experience was a delight they always serve you with a smile and are always looking for the opportunity to satisfy your taste. They should increase more choices in the breakfast bar. But no complaints about breakfast, it was good. Front desk guys all of them very helpful. Also please the cleaning lady the best. Location it’s perfect. Right at the center of stores, restaurants, board walk (malecón) and others.

The hotel looks recently renovated, and so its very nice. The mini fridge was a nice surprise, as was the toothbrush and slippers. Water was provided, which is nice because i do need it. It was close to the places i wanted to go. There is complementary coffee in the lobby, you might want to bring creamer. I thought it was nice to have as many places i stay have nothing. The staff was great. The entry is stairs for anyone that might be an issue. The cafe for breakfast is next store, menu was left in the room, but many things closed at 5 or 6 when i was there. The cafe is where free breakfast is. Coffee, fruit, juice, cereal and yogurt, scrambled eggs with patacones brought out. Oddly no fork, just coffee spoon. Dont know if they have forks, i didn't take the time to ask. The coffee was really good, tiny cups, i dont know why. There was bread out, no jam or butter or toaster but to be fair there weren't going to be a lot of us and what we got was really good quality

Las habitaciones estaban muy bonitas, personal atento. Cerca de todo y accesible. Problemas con los aires acondicionados , todavia en construccion , el elvador hay q mejorarlo

Excelente opción, las habitaciones estas recién remodeladas, la ubicación del hotel es excelente y el desayuno es sencillo pero compelto. Todo está limpio y nuevo, la unica recomendación seria mejorar el ascensor.

Nice location and easy access to shops and restaurants.

Hospitality it’s what makes this facility what it is. It’s people are kind and professional. For this reason is why I love this place.

Excelente ubicación, personal amigable y educado,instalaciones modernas y limpias. Podría mejorar en el desayuno, más variedad. Superó mis expectativas, lo recomiendo!

Great staff, polite and dedicated. They will accommodate you if you are reasonable. Well managed place. Fair value for the price. Two blocks from the Malecon(boardwalk where the action is). Safe location as well.
