Good option If you need a hotel not too far from Borg el Arab airport. Check-in was possible in the middle of the night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony has a sea wiev. The breakfast was very good with vast options of pastries.

Great hotel. Clean premises with nice breakfast!

Quiet location. Great room, with fridge, nice views, and nice garden. Food was good, and Staff were very helpful. Could improve the internet facilities.

Not very good, poor service and quality, not very good in cleanliness neither customer care.

Very nervius for anticipation pay, Im prolonged my room fir wirks and every time need pay, 3 invoices, not funny , change another hotel less nervius, not problem pay xh3ck out prolonged in two ocation and pay only one invoice....not funny

The place has a unique atmosphere. We stayed at a junior suite and it was very clean and comfortable. The kraken (bar and restaurant) has such an amazing vibe with great service. Pool wasn’t clean as expected, pool bar was closed and seating area around the pool is very poor and very uncomfortable tanning beds.

I will stay here again and recommend this hotel....

Very good - hotel staff were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. A nice complex with a spa, swimming poold and several bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. outside area is set to a beautiful lawn. I would definitely stay here again.

Location practical because not far from airport. 4 star hotel ... I wonder what is the rule ? It is a 3 star max. Breakfast is not what it should be in terms of choice and quality. No real cafe, only Nescafé machine... friendly service which does with what they have. (Shuttle to airport but impossible to get a recipe for the money spend as an example) Good tip in the country to avoid this, use Uber : much cheaper than normal taxi and we will get an invoice. Vue from room was nice (see picture) but better keep the window close to avoid all the smel from the kitchen.

Stayed here a few times, the new part of the hotel is excellent. Bar is good especially for sports

My second time staying here in two weeks. Arrived late after work and had to depart early for the airport (3am). This is the reason to use this hotel. I was shown to one of the newly refurbished rooms, which is lovely. Unfortunately when it came to leave the water in the shower could not be regulated and the water was boiling. So no shower after a day of 32 F and 14 hrs travelling in store. Reception suggested I didn’t know how to use the taps!!! Pretty annoyed as paying city prices to be close to the airport. Maybe overreacting but a good bed and decent shower is the least expected at this price point. Africana will have to do better to get me back.

The hotel is quite isolated but close to the airport and Sumed oil terminal. About 30 mins taxi ride to Stanley Bridge. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection available. Staff very helpful at reception.

Temizlik ve odaların kullanım durumu çok kötü. Yataklar çok sert, otel çok eski ve bakımsız. Lokasyon olarak uygun fakat o bölgede başka oteller de mevcut.

Tres mauvaise accueil par le réceptionniste. Qui ne connaît pas son boulot. J'ai appris par la suite que c'est le comptable de l'hôtel. J'ai réglé la totalité de ma facture sur le site Hotels.com mais l'hôtel a refusé de me donner la chambre. Il me réclamait de payer en liquide. Sans l'aide de Hotels.com je n'aurais jamais eu ma chambre.

Das Hotel hat den Charme vergangener Tage bewahrt. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Nähe zu Alexandria ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt.
