まず、このホテルは5星というのは誤り。招待した欧州の客人は、欧州では3・5星だと言われた。 看板に偽りあり。実際のところ3・5という評価は正しい。 バスタブはなく、アミュニテイーもかけており、エアコンはうるさい。電気ソケットも少なく苦労する。 家族連れの3・5星とすれば、食事もよく満足度も高くなるはずである。

We had a fantastic stay at Desert Rose Resort and truly enjoyed some special quality time as a small family. From the start, we felt very welcomed and well looked after. The resort is beautiful, family-friendly, and well maintained, with excellent food variety and quality throughout our stay. A special thank you to Milad, the restaurant manager, and his entire team for their outstanding service, warm hospitality, and genuine care, which made our experience even more memorable. We would highly recommend this resort and would love to return.

Alles war toll

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, und es gab zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – entweder an einem der vier Pools oder an der Lagune. Liegen waren jederzeit ausreichend verfügbar. Das Essen war in Ordnung, die À-la-carte-Restaurants kann ich besonders empfehlen. Etwas störend war, dass überall ständig versucht wird, zusätzliche Dienstleistungen zu verkaufen (Massage, Schnorcheln, Quad-Touren etc.). Man sollte nicht alles glauben, was versprochen wird – und auf jeden Fall kann man über den Preis verhandeln. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und eine Wiederkehr ist durchaus möglich

Amazing resort, staff is very friendly

Viesnīca atrodas tuvu lidostai. Ir sava smilšu pludmale. Ļoti plaša teritorija. Ja dzīvojat Club room (ar skatu uz lagūnu), līdz brokastīm būs jāiet ilgāk. Viesnīca ir "gados" - vēlams remonts. Ja blakus numurā gadās kaimiņš, kas krāc, tad savā numurā to ļoti labi dzirdēsiet. Toties apkārtne ir zaļa, daudz ziedu krūmu. Ja kavēsiet uz ēdienreizi - var būt mazāka ēdienu izvēle. Apkalpojošais personāls būs smaidīgāks, ja aizvedīsiet viņiem melno šokolādi. Atstāsiet dzeramnaudu numurā - dvieļi uz gultas būs salocīti kā gulbīši. Lietot labāk USD, eiro monētas viņi "nemīl". Pludmali slēdza ciet jau pl. 17.00. Iemesls – uz krastu nākot jūras eži. Hurgadā mēdz būt ļoti spēcīgs vējš pat vairākas dienas pēc kārtas. Tad pa gaisu iet smiltis un arī jūrā nebūs iespējams peldēties…

The property is pretty nice. The rooms are good and the food is pretty good for an all-inclusive. The beach is beautiful. But the entire experience was ruined by a guy at the excursion counter who tries to rip people off. He tried to charge me $30 for a taxi to the airport on my last day there. However, there was a sign that clearly stated that the charge was $10. He was trying to overcharge me and keep the profit. This was the same guy that was very shady during an excursion to Luxor a few days earlier. He was my driver and did many things to get more money out of me and other things that made me feel uncomfortable. It's a shame because other than this guy, I had a great experience at the hotel. I had a great time in Egypt as well, but I booked all of my excursions through Travelocity and not through the hotel. Like I said before, the one I booked through the hotel was very sketchy, but the ones through Travelocity where great. I know their response is "we aren't in charge of those experiences because they are third-party vendors". But they absolutely are in charge of who they put in their lobby. It's a shame because if it wasn't for that guy, this would be a 5-star review.

That is my fourth time at Desert Rose Resort. It is so good as always. Staff super friendly, Food vary good, heated pool, and mu h more. Love it

Very nice resort.

We loved our stay at Desert Rose! My family stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time. The food is decent — good amount of choice for a buffet style hotel and a la carte restaurants were OK. The bars were plenty! The rooms were really nice, although we stayed in a recently refurbished room which was nicely decorated and kept really clean. The lagoon is great with floating platforms in the middle. I only have a few small things to comment on: (1) If you went to look for a sunbed after 8am, the. You were going to have trouble if you’re a family of 4. It might have just been a busy time. However, if you ask one of the employees, they will help and bring empty ones over. (2) We were assigned a concierge who helped with booking the a la carte restaurants, which he did. However, I contacted him about booking excursions, and he was slow to respond so I booked externally. In all honesty, booking using Viatour or Get Your Guide is easy and you can see feedback of different tours, so maybe that’s better anyway. Overall, we had a great time and will recommend to friends & family!!

The food is great, the pools and aqua park are great, the sea and the beach are wonderful and reliable. The hotel is simply perfect. The only problem is mosquitoes. They did not let me sleep at night. Don't forget to use mosquitoes spray or other precautions.

Very clean and excellent service

Vi hade en jättebra vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var mycket behjälpliga och snälla. Maten var mer än god och ett stort sortiment. Vi har verkligen haft en fantastisk vistelse!

Lovely and clean. However almost felt clinical and like a hospital. The beach is really big but it is a very long way from the hotel room. The decor is very tired I’m the rooms and reception area. Does not Falaky put you in a good mood.

Great experience overall with awesome variety of food. Activities all day long. Very Beautiful place ❤️
