The Movenpick Sunray Nile River Cruise was an amazing 3-day journey with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Our trip went from Aswan to Luxor with stops at key destinations along the way. The boat is modern and comfortable with a beautiful rooftop, a lounge bar and a large buffet on the lower floor. The bedroom was very comfortable with space to move around and a refreshing washroom. We added the Movenpick tour guide for our journey and were so delighted to have Tarek with us. He was very friendly and an extremely knowledgeable Egyptologist - hands down the best guide in our time in Egypt. The staff on board were very friendly as well and always ready to improve your experience. There was also frequent cleaning throughout the day which I appreciated. The food was some of the best I've eaten on any trip, with a wide variety to accommodate all your cravings. The only room for improvement was with our check in as were boarding the boat in Aswan, rather than Luxor and were not provided with the address. We were able to secure it by phoning the Aswan Movenpick hotel, which gave us the coordinates. All in all, a highly recommended modern cruise on the Nile with the best customer service imaginable.
