スタッフの方はとても親切で、滞在中とても気さくに声をかけてくれて、助かりました。プールも綺麗で、うさぎなどもペットでいてより癒されました。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。部屋も綺麗で、ドライヤーも貸してくださりました。またルクソールに行く機会がありましたら、利用したいです。併設しているレストランは利用しませんでしたが、美味しそうでした。

支配人の男性が気さくで、チェックインからとてもいい雰囲気で歓迎してくれました。夕食、朝食とも美味しかったです。

ホテルのオーナーは、快適な滞在を提供することがホテルの評判を上げる、というポリシーをよく実践している。例えばレンタルサイクルは、オーナーの知り合いの自転車屋が、よく整備された自転車を直接ホテルまで運んできてくれる。 夕食をオーダーする場合はお任せメニュー。しかし日替わりでかなり良質なエジプト料理が提供される。少し割高（一食120ポンド）だが、西岸のレストランは限られているし味の保証もない。十分にお勧めできる。 部屋も必要十分な広さと設備。西岸の遺跡を時間をかけて見たければ、非常にお勧めできるホテルである。

Very clean room, great AC and a lovely pool! More than anything, Sayed was incredibly welcoming and helpful - when our hot air balloon was cancelled for bad weather, he helped us plan the perfect alternative activities. Fantastic location right next to the valley of the kings/queens and lovely views over the fields. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Meals were excellent. Service was better than 5* hotels. Staff was lovely. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend Sayed's hotel. They made us feel like family. The manager even went iut if his way to find me out of season mamgoes.

Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Sayed, the owner is a remarkable human being. Highly intelligent, kind, humble and very organized, which are a powerful combination when running a hotel. I cannot recommend his establishment highly enough.

Great place if you want to visit Luxor the host is very accommodating. Close to all the places you want to busy there.

A very authentic Egyptian hotel experience, a little oasis in the absolute best location for ‘the valley of the kings’ & very many temples. Peaceful location within authentic ‘Luxor’ farmlands, beautifully placed & located with views of the ‘valley of the kings’ - a very ‘unspoiled’ and genuine place. I considered a large chain hotel, I’m happy I chose this beautiful building, lovely gardens, swimming pool, local small business shops for convenience very close by. Lovely home cooked dinner, nice buffet breakfast. Owner can help with tours & take care of your every need no problem! Lovely staff & very hospitable. Highlights - valley of the kings & a hot air balloon experience - this is ‘bucket list’ - dreams come true stuff! Thank you New Memnon Hotel x Helen x

Really good hotel..Good food and good people..I feel safe visiting Licor and its also closeby to every destinations I want to visit..They are very hospitable and accommodating to their guests..We will come back soon again From, Claudine and Sander

I wish my stay here was longer. The service and hospitality were fantastic. And the attached restaurant had delicious local foods…I’m still thinking about the lentil soup! The hotel also arranged airport transfers so that I didn’t have to worry about getting to the hotel or airport. Saves bargaining with people outside the Luxor airport. The only downside was that the shower was very small and not the easiest to enter/exit due to the placement of the sink.

The property is great, but the staff are exceptional. Attentive to every need and above and beyond generous. Would absolutely recommend and will be back. I normally do not write reviews but had to this time. Tell the owner Landon sent you. He's great.

Excellent Location, The owner and entire staff went out of their way to ensure we had a welcoming and amazing experience here. We booked our transportation to sites and balloon experience directly with the hotel upon arrival. The food was amazingly good!! Highly recommend to stay in this enchanting place. Thank you.

They never cleaned the room while I was there, and the bathroom wasn’t clean enough when I arrived. The breakfast was poor. The only good thing is that the hotel is close to the Memnon, Hatshepsut Temple and other interesting places.
