湿気があり、不潔でした。

I was lucky to meet this hotel. All the staff, all foods, room, service, atmosphere, location, everything is awesome. Really amazing. I will come again. Then I will stay here again. 本当に素敵なホテルです。親切で丁寧なスタッフ皆さん、ロケーション、清潔感のある部屋、そして、何よりご飯全てが美味しいです！　ルクソールならこちらのホテルをおススメします。

I’ve come to this hotel many times and always have had wonderful experience. The owner is just a beautiful person and the staff is more than willing to help with anything and the location is awesome.

This cozy little hotel has the best staff and it feels like you are staying with family. They are all so lovely and will help you with anything you need. Rooms are clean, restaurant has good food that is also reasonably priced. Also a good view of the nile River. The only one small critique I have is that they do not offer wifi for guests. We stayed there over Christmas season and couldn’t FaceTime/ video call our family back home due to lack of wifi. It also made booking tours and contacting people for pick up more challenging. I know wifi isn’t everything, but even having an option to pay for it would have been nice. Overall, excellent stay. Would return!

A estadia foi boa no geral. O atendimento na piscina e no restaurante foi excelente, com equipe sempre atenciosa e prestativa. Tivemos apenas um pouco de dificuldade no momento de fechar a conta, mas isso parece ser algo comum na região. A área da piscina e do café da manhã apresentava alguns móveis sujos, o que é compreensível considerando o ambiente desértico. Apesar desses pontos, tivemos uma experiência agradável e confortável.

Super recommended this hotel is beautiful good location in addition to the super friendly staff and help you with everything you need and the super rich comfort

The hotel and staff were amazing, and super friendly. Getting to the hotel is very easy taking the ferry, no taxis. The breakfast was decent. The pool is great! I will come back to this hotel

Pontos positivos: - O hotel possui instalações em boas condições. - Havia funcionário para ajudar a levar as malas. - O quarto é amplo e há suporte para as malas. - O banheiro e o chuveiro são muito bons. - O quarto possui uma vista muito boa. - A piscina do hotel é muito boa. - O hotel possui um bom restaurante. Pontos negativos: - No voucher da reserva do hotel consta um drink de boas-vindas, mas não recebi nem um copo d’água. - Os funcionários da recepção são antipáticos. - A internet simplesmente não funciona nos quartos e o funcionário da recepção alegou que as paredes do hotel são espessas demais e por isso o sinal não alcança os hóspedes no interior dos quartos. Estou a 12 dias no Egito e é o primeiro hotel que não tem sinal de internet nos quartos. Acomodações bem mais simples ofereceram o serviço com muita qualidade. - Não há toalhas de banho, apenas toalhas pequenas do tamanho de toalhas de rosto. - O hotel não disponibiliza shampoo para os cabelos, item básico que acomodações bem simples te oferecem normalmente. - O travesseiro é de péssima qualidade. - O hotel não tem calefação e passamos frio no quarto durante a noite. - O ar-condicionado não tem ar quente e fica desligado nessa época do ano. - Os cobertores são velhos, desgastados e daquele tipo antigo, feito de uma lã barata. - As cortinas não possuem blackout e a luminosidade invade o quarto pela manhã. - Há muito barulho nas proximidades do hotel. - O café da manhã é cobrado à parte por um preço abusivo.

Adorei ficar nesse hotel, os funcionários são fantásticos, a vista do restaurante é deslumbrante e a comida excelente. Recomendo!

Good hotel

Cuando llegamos no habia ni jabon para bañarnos y llegamis tarde y el señor que nos atendio no hablaba otro idioma solo arabe y fue un problema para explicarle que necesitabamos jabon para el baño

well situated and not too expensive

Very nice, large and comfortable room with superb bathroom. Very clean and nice hotel, friendly staff. The pool is fun and clean enough :) we had the idea we were the only ones in the hotel whilst in high season but we absolutely loved it! Located nearby the ferry station if you want to go to the East bank so very handy! The prices are very very reasonable, you’ll get a lot in return.

Piccolo albergo perfetto per la sua categoria, posizione fantastica proprio sull'imbarcadero per attraversare il Nilo, camera spaziosa, pulita, bagno più bello del mio! Unica pecca, la richiesta di pagamento in euro e in contanti, non ammessa la carta di credito: avrebbe potuto rappresentare un bel problema ...

You get a super warm welcome at this hotel Karen and her team are really doing everything in their power and more to make your trip to Luxor a fabulous success. I would recommend without hesitation!

Hotel is located in the West Bank, very convenient to visit Valley of the Kings. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel safe! The Hotel is very clean and the restaurant have an amazing view of the River and the city of Luxor, food in the restaurant it was very good and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very good

Restraunt and pool nice. Room let it down

L’établissement est une pépite. Les chambres sont grandes et propre, conforment aux photos sur le site. Le coin piscine est excellent, la terrasse du restaurant avec vue sur le temple de Louxor est également un gros plus. L’établissement est très proche du ferry permettant de rejoindre l’autre rive du Nil pour 5LE seulement. Mais malgré tout cela, la meilleure chose dans cet hôtel est le personnel. Tout le staff est exceptionnel, souriant, agréable et à votre disposition pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible de n’importe quelle façon. Je recommande fortement.
