Big room well equipped, nice staff.

My stay was extremely poor in terms of reception services and cleanliness. The room was in poor condition, as was the bathroom. The bathtub was closed and the water wasn't drained. The rooms are far from reception, and when I called reception from inside my room, there was no response. This is exactly what happened to me.

It was ok but the place is pretty tired, in need of some paint and refurbishing. Pool was clean and breakfast good. The staff were friendly

I had a trip with my husband and brother and we had booked a tripper room. When we arrived they made me pay for another room for myself stating that I was not allowed to stay with my family. I explained that it was my husband and brother and the clerk demanded to see a marriage license. I responded with “who brings their marriage license to a vacation?” He was very rude and wouldn’t budge. We were all exhausted from our 20 hour travel day so we just decided not to continue arguing and pay for another room. This was a complete scam! We ended up leaving to another hotel the following morning and booked a triple room with no problem. Do not stay at this hotel, they are a complete scam.

Booked hotel because close to airport and stated had shuttle. NO SHUTTLE offered and were not overly reassuring about Rranging a ride. Place is clean but shows wesr from pictures that make it look new. Clean comfortable and most staff friendly. They did book me an uber in morning after i requested but say couldnt prebook rides.

Service was excellent, everyone so helpful and friendly. Apartment was spacious and nice.

Be aware of a potential scam if traveling with a partner I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, as I was arriving late and leaving early. When we arrived around 11 p.m., the front desk refused to let my partner and me stay in the same room without a marriage certificate. Our only options were to cancel the reservation—which wasn’t practical that late at night—or to book an additional room. We had no choice but to accept, and were escorted separately to different buildings. While this policy is mentioned in the fine print, it should be stated clearly before booking. It feels like a deliberate tactic to pressure guests into paying for two rooms, knowing most won’t have alternatives at that hour. Even staff mentioned that other hotels nearby don’t enforce this rule. To their credit, the staff were kind and tried to assist. The room itself was fine, though the bathroom trash hadn’t been fully cleaned from a previous guest. Overall, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel—these policies reflect poorly on the management and show a lack of genuine hospitality.

Point positif: la propreté. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, une pour moi et mon conjoint, une pour mes beaux parents. Les employés de l’hôtel ont demandé une copie de notre certificat de mariage à moi (étant enceinte de 7 mois) et mon conjoint pour qu’on puisse occuper la même chambre. Cette condition était très mal indiquée lors de la réservation. Je comprends que lorsque nous voyageons à l’étranger, nous devons nous adapter à la culture locale, par contre il est de la responsabilité de l’établissement de bien mettre en évidence ce genre de règlement. Nous avons traversé l’Égypte durant 17 jours et c’est le seul endroit où il y avait cette exigence. La solution qu’ils nous proposait était que je dorme dans la chambre avec mes beaux- parents, aucun sens. Finalement nous nous en somme sortis en fournissant une preuve que nous habitions bien à la même adresse dans notre pays. Complètement ridicule. Le personnel est très froid et les gens qui fréquente cet endroit sont des locaux qui ne semble pas apprécier le tourisme. Il ne s’agit pas d’un endroit « tourist friendly ».
