prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om alle moois in de directe omgeving te verkennen (pyramides van Gizeh, GEM, Djoser), wat minder om hele dagen te verblijven of uitgebreid te dineren. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spant zich merkbaar in om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Ook prima service voor diensten die die buiten directe hotelservice vallen (regelen chauffeur voor hele dag, reserveringen in de stad): vergeet echter niet strak te onderhandelen… het blijft Egypte! Prijs /prestatie-verhouding goed, een aanrader.

Kahvaltı çeşiti vardı ama yenebilecek şey az. Pek kaliteli ürünler sayılmaz. Odalarda dolap zırıltısı çok fazla. Banyo pek yeni ve temiz sayılmaz. Asansör bi gün çalışıp bi gün çalışmıyor. Havalimanı transferi için de 30 USD para alıyorlar. Bu fiyat uber'in 4 katından da fazla ama uber'e de pek güven olmuyor berbat arabalar çıkabiliyor el mahküm yani. Piramit manzarası var evet. Çok memnun kaldım diyemem açıkçası.

The hotel is excellent, but what makes it exceptional is its staff. They are very friendly, very attentive, very helpful, and very warm; that's what makes the difference. The facilities are really good. Clean rooms. The food is acceptable, No, not a good restaurant, but acceptable.

If you are planning to stay I Giza, I recommend this hotel. Excellent costumer service, friendly staff, if you get there before check in and the room is ready they will let you get your room with no extra charge. For $30 they will schedule a taxi to pick you up at the airport. Breakfast included at the roof top of the hotel with an amazing view of the pirámide. We were pleased with this hotel.

Great Hotel with amazing customer service. The rooms are really nice and the one with a balcony has a great view of the pyramids. The breakfast is on the rooftop with indoor and outdoor options with an amazing view of the Pyramids. Staff are very attentive and will help you with whatever you need. For a small fee, they will schedule a ride from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.

Great staff, very friendly and willing to help. The rooftop bar is amazing. Felt the package tours were a bit of an oversell and the private taxi prices were extortionate, if you have the patience for an Uber it is much cheaper and better.

The staff were excellent. Considerate,polite, friendly and extremely helpful, over and above the expected. The room was comfortable. The roof top bar and restaurant was comfortable but cold. It was January so although the food was good and fresh, it was cold before it arrived owing to the chill winds off the Sahara. Breakfast was included but we didn't eat any other meals there although food was available. Jusef who served us at breakfast was particularly helpful and friendly. The reception staff were too, helping us get a taxi and a guide to take us to the New Museum, also arranging taxis and finding and booking a lovely resturaurant. There is a bar for soft, cold and hot drinks but this hotel does not serve alcohol. So if that is important to you this probably isn't the hotel for you.

Great service and staff!

The room was clean. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We had a 3rd floor Mountain View (pyramids) but they weren’t easily visible from our room. It was great to see them from the restaurant though! Only complaint we had is that the sheets were pilled. Hopefully they can be replaced soon.

The staff were all very kind, the room was clean and they put on a great New Year's Eve show.

staff are excellent, location is good, the tour arranged by the hotel is good but just make sure to be clear about what you are expecting,what is included, we recommend the sunset quade bike and safari tour, the only thing I dont like is that the breakfast starts at 7:30am which is kinda late if you have a tour at 8am.

Before we even arrived in Egypt the staff was excellent. Especially Inas who was very professional and detailed. She made our visit in Egypt one to remember for many years!!!! She is truly a professional and not just business as usual. She made us feel so welcome and we are forever grateful to have had her support throughout our vacation. She gave us the best direction on sites to see and how to coordinate each event. The staff was very polite and the rooms were clean. The food on the balcony was amazing as well. Each day it was fresh and delicious with lots of flavor. And you can see the pyramids from the balcony roof top as well!! Big thanks to All the Staff at the hotel. Especially Inas who helped make our trip a beautiful memory. We will definitely be visiting Egypt again and again.

Todo el personal fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada hasta que hicimos el check out. Desayunamos y cenamos en el hotel, y tanto la atención como la comida fue excepcional. Inclusive reservamos con ellos un servicio de taxi para llevarnos a varios lugares y museos, y el conductor fue muy amable de esperarnos el tiempo que necesitáramos. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas con camas muy cómodas, y bastante amplias. También lo recomiendo ya que queda muy cerca de las Pirámides de Giza, las cuales se pueden observar desde su terraza, y de varios lugares turísticos que también recomiendo que se tomen el tiempo de conocer. Gracias equipo de Pyramids Sunrise Inn, definitamente espero regresar a una estancia con ustedes.

Well located

room was very clean, came with hair dryer (bonus). Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Bonus the view of the Pyramids from roof top restaurant was perfect.
